Im guessing Roos will be number 2 and they want this lad as 3rd in line. Reserves and Under 20's football don't exist. There is the first team and then the Under 21 team. The Under 21 team is allowed to field something like 4 outfield players over the age of 21. Poaching 18/19 yr old players from smaller clubs or cherry picking released 18/19 yr olds from bigger clubs for the u21 development team.
