Good scouting network and connections, great experience, good technical and tactical knowledge, promotes youth development, knows about running an academy. Small sided games, passing football, technically gifted players and not just the biggest and strongest of their age group. Developing comfort with the ball, something This Spain team has, the French and Dutch have so why not give him a shot?
