This is why some posters feel they can't make comments about our previous 'manager'.
The second highlighted sentence is very funny indeed - so you won't be happy if we get to play at a higher level because you think Warne won't be successful there? We should wait for the next Klopp/Pep to take us up to glory should we?

Southgate is only doing what all England managers have picking their favourites. sadly the biggest mistake was made by Sir Alf Ramsey  sticking with an ageing error prone Bobby Moore who is rememered for his gift to Poland which stopped us progressing into the World Cup Finals, also keeping out our own Roy Mcfarland who was the best CH at that time, sadly Roy was injured and was never the same player, he should have won many more England caps than he did.

Also Roy I think Paul Warne is brilliant …a great personality and character and although some including myself worried that it would be hoofball it really isn’t and I love how he’s galvanised us and made us hard to beat
The fitness levels seem higher and I really like the bloke and although some don’t like his ways/ methods and coming across as a cheeky chappy type I love it and am guessing the players do too as they are working there socks off every game
There will be bumps in the road and we will see who’s quick to jump on Warne but I won’t be one of them as I think we have a real gem

He can have all the credit he likes for the period up until Warney was appointed. Congratulations Mr Rosenior. As I said he seems a lovely bloke, he did his best for the Club this season.
Does that make you feel better?
I'm just awfully happy that Mr Clowes decided he wanted Mr Warne to be our manager.

Well, I think that we sacked Tim Ward, replacing him with Hartlepool's manager, a little too early.
Who's to know how well his team would have done the following season. It's one thing lauding Clough over a 5-1 victory over Cardiff and doing the double over champions QPR, but we finished one place lower than the previous season under Ward.

The third one said "We got it!"

Best of luck. It's a horrible position to be in for any supporter. What we went through literally nearly broke some on here, whilst many so called supporters of "certain" other clubs mocked, gloated and sang for our demise. We can therefore very much empathise with how you feel. Really, really hope you come through it.

And that 99% certain goal from greavsie, was it Les green who stopped it, greavsie could not believe it was saved, what days we had at the Baseball ground.

Couldnt move in the packed baseball ground. Dosnt it hold the record for a derby match at home. Can always remember the excitment of seeing the great Greavsie play.

There’s so many odd assumptions in your views on this. A bit of reading the DET and watching interviews shows there has been some contact between him and Warne, just not recently which appears to be mutual.
Bielik said in an interview back in October that he is grateful to the club, that Derby is in his heart and that if we recalled him in Jan he would go along with it. He’s also said he is enjoying playing at Brum and in the championship. Nothing he has said or done is openly disrespectful, and yet you seem to be suggesting otherwise. A season long loan was agreed with a recall clause, from what info is out there you’re right in that Bielik’s wishes have been considered. Seems we accommodated this partly to give him the chance of representing his country at the World Cup and also because it relieves some or all of the financial strain his contract represents. All considered decisions made by the owner of the club. All parties aware he could be recalled in January, now a decision has been made not to do so.
I appreciate your opinion and it’s clear you won’t change your mind on it, I just don’t see what facts you’re basing your disappointment specifically related to Bielik the person on? He’s not downed tools from what we know, has spoken truthfully and respectfully in public regarding Derby and the loan spell, what is there to be so annoyed about?

Nice pre-match interview with Sibley, talks well about adapting to the left back role, how he’s worked to improve aspects of his game as well as being more disciplined, and also how keen the back four are to do well and keep clean sheets. Adds to my understanding of why Warne is persisting with playing Sibley and Smith at fullback, if it ain’t broke type thing, they’re working well as a unit and putting in the extra effort to stay consistent, love it ?

Sibley what a difference a few weeks make! he was only recieving 3, 4 and 5 with his bit part cameo role, now he is playing regular and his confidence is back he recieves mostly marks of 7 and he his playing out of position, delighted for the lad.

Please, Please take this negative and pathetic 100 pages of basically anti the manager down.
LR as gone along with his outstanding away record, his games in charge this season he had no injuries or suspensions to deal with of note, whilst Warne had 6 injuries overlapping each other, from a paper thin squad, so where we are 6th in the table is outstanding and he knows all about L1 so get behind him for he is our future, if we achieve promotion on here they will stiil be pulling him down.
Sheffield United took 6/7 years to get out of L1, Sunderland 4 years, how long have Ipswich been in L1 3/4 years, very few teams have made promotion in their first season, so we are in a very good position at this stage of the season. COYR.

My view is if he came back in January he would probably break down again after a couple of games, and we would end up paying his wages till his contract is up.
Option one his sell him and try and break even for what we owe Arsenal.
Option two leave him at Brum.
Very sad again after George Thorne a terrific player who is to fragile, hope option one is the way forward.
