Caerphilly Ram got a reaction from trekkie_ram in Rob Couhig on Sports Scene at 6
Let’s just hope they’re waiting to see everyone else’s cards before they play a blinder ?
(as an aside, my phone kept autocorrecting “blinder” to “blunder”…better not be a sign ?)

I absolutely agree, it’s incredulous to say our finances were the sole reason for Middlesbrough not making the play offs, it’s nonsensical for them to claim compensation on a hypothetical “what if” scenario….and yet here we are, opportunism from them that is being allowed to happen, they’re not pursuing any other teams for similar, it’s clearly being driven by personal vendettas and the fact the club is currently bent over a barrel

Caerphilly Ram got a reaction from I know nuffin in Urgent Question on DCFC in Parliament
Really good, moving and admirable points/questions being raised, the message seems to be those involved in the process need to find a solution that works for all parties (“pragmatism” being the buzz word) and then a bigger conversation about the obvious need for independent regulation of football. The focus is being put on the EFL, the admins, and the clubs to fix our situation.
My take away from this is that the Government won’t at this moment in time directly get involved in things, clearly the increased conversation and exposure is having an effect though, I think we’re finally reaching the point of a solution being found, I have no idea what that will be and fear there may be some more pain to come with ultimately the club surviving beyond this season.

Which I’m happy with. Shows they realise they’ve lost control of their cosy “we care about the integrity of the game” ******** narrative. Administrators meeting with local stakeholders and MPs today, and concentrating on addressing the proof of funding and installing a new owner.

So EFL statement last night, Boro Statement this afternoon, MPs discussing in Parliament and now Rob Coughig is gonna be on Sportscene at 6pm, so all key players apart from Quantuma will have aired their views

To be fair, the Minister did say he "Demands" that the EFL resolves this to save "this great club". Can't ask for more just now. He hasn't ruled out direct intervention.

Caerphilly Ram reacted to Day in Urgent Question on DCFC in Parliament
Absolutely, whilst this has seen a huge amount of support for Derby, the spotlight is also being shined on the EFL and Football governance.
If this brings change, it will be a huge positive to take from this mess.

Poor Curtis, having the season of his life and his goals don't even get a mention ?

Caerphilly Ram reacted to Sparkle in The Administration Thread
They obviously don’t like the publicity
And I believe there to be liable in that statement and I wish we had an owner who would take them to task
there is information in there which clearly they wouldn’t have been in possession of unless they obtained it from the EFL either legally or illegally

Caerphilly Ram reacted to i-Ram in The Administration Thread
I may be in the minority now, I usually am, but I think we now just let Quantuma get on with their job.
The work done by so many over recent days has had great success mobilising large groups of fans (Rams and others), and tremendous success in getting publicity for our grievances, both on TV/Radio, in the press, and astonishingly as a question in the UK parliament today. It has also flushed out the responses of the EFL and Boro.
BUT now it does come down to the suits to sort it out. We should not be distracting them from what will be a vital few weeks negotiating with the EFL, Boro, and our preferred buyer, knowing the whole football world, and the Government are watching very closely. Well done everyone, and come on Quantuma. You Rams!
