Uplifting - especially after our recent performances and surely a big tonic for those who thought the transfer window was disastrous. Adams could transform us. Maybe this is Bradley’s turning point. 3 at the back can be strong so long as the rest are doing the right things at the right time. (It’s not all about formation.) Ward (where has he been?) was good and so good to see Sibley look like a footballer after a disappointing spell. Well done Warne for taking NML off. Still not convinced we’ve got the right starting 11 or that we change things when we should ; but this is a squad that should win promotion and after today I think they’ll believe it
But it’s a poignant moment: with Bird’s news it seems like the end of an era. His ball into NML said it all. Can only hope that Bristol suffer a massive financial crisis leading to insolvency before the season’s end

I don't think it's too soon to declare Ebou Adams as the best midfielder in the country who will single handedly ensure our promotion.

Both teams were poor IMO. And we only won thanks to a bit of quality from Bird and NML after their defender played an awful pass out.
It’s the sort of game where a promotion team just grinds out the win though.
10 away wins so far is a great record.

Love the look of Adams. A different team to what we’ve seen last 2 games. But Bird making his fans sad with a few touches of class

Hourihane needs bringing off. ( When anyone says that he usually scores )

I wish Collo would stop trying to kick the ball thru defenders

Like Sibley in this position. It’s much easier for him to know where to put himself. He’s not good at that when he plays higher.

Holding midfielder isn’t a must. Would I like a midfielder? Yes. But just stop starting Hourihane and the difference would be drastic. This need for a “Eustace type” is archaic. Think it was @sagewho said that in another thread. Football isn’t like that these days, even in such a seemingly short space of time.
