Ilkestonian reacted to i-Ram in Yankee Doodle Derby
Don’t be too disappointed with @eezzeetigerreaction. He probably did try to press ❤️ rather than ? but it must be bloody difficult with a six fingered hand and his two sisters sitting on each knee.

Ilkestonian reacted to Tamworthram in 21/22 Season Tickets
In respect of season ticket sales I think most of us are just waiting patiently rather than over reacting (IMO) by describing the situation as pitiful.

Ilkestonian reacted to Gaspode in Rams Trust: A Letter to the Club
Jim Wheeler on just been on Radio Derby - as my wife (who doesn’t really care about football) said “he’s very self important isn’t he?”. Came across as pompous and arrogant - claiming to speak on behalf of all the fans. Well he doesn’t speak for me…..

If we do eventually get a points deduction, even if it is only 2 or 3 points, then Steve Gibson has kept us in the division.
His meddling and throwing his toys out of the pram delayed the verdict by at least 5 months, only for all of his crying to be thrown out and no wrongdoing proved. This means that any deduction we may get would have been applied to the season that’s just finished rather than the next season.
Whatever happens, and as disappointing as it is, it’s still absolutely hilarious that Mr Gibson has done nothing but help us, and the bill for the honour will be footed by every other club.
Thanks Steve, now run along.

Paraphrased:
Gibson. Do one.
Ironically you may have kept us up - because of the delay ?

Ilkestonian reacted to Tombo in EFL appeal
I've been critical of the way we've conducted business and where that has left our finances but on this particular charge I still maintain that I don't think we've done a hell of a lot wrong morally.

Ilkestonian reacted to IslandExile in Reclaim the club - starting with this forum
In the thread 'Rooney In', @Highgate argued one of the reasons we should dispense with Rooney's services is:
"Sacking him will mean we won't have to look at the 'Wayne Rooney's DCFC fans' anymore."
To the mods.... Help us reclaim our club. Even if we must have a celebrity in the managerial hot seat, and it seems we must, then at least let this forum lead the way in showing the world that the club is bigger than any individual.
Derby County Football Club.
Then we can say things like "DCFC's manager Wayne Rooney..... needs to get wins".

He is a WUM. He was called out on his nonsense on the 'Too Big to go down' thread...reckoned QPR are bigger than us ?
Time to disappear back to your home forum @EdinRam ?

Ilkestonian reacted to Derbados in 20/21 Notts Bottlers Thread
Oh look, @eezzeetiger has miraculously disappeared again. . .
Weve had our worst season in god knows how long and your sack of tripe with 4500 players down the road managed to Finish a whole *drumroll please* . . . 8 points ahead of us.
8 points.
at least @Red_Dawn turns up and takes the rough with the smooth
The fact your ugly mob set up threads dedicated to today’s game with literal parties arranged for this afternoon says it all.
I know deep down you’re absolutely devastated and it brings me so, so much joy. I’ll have a drink tonight on your behalf
see you next season ?

No excuses now. It's firmly back in our own hands.

What I take from today's results is that as someone just said above it's now us v Rotherham for who finishes 21st & 22nd.
Let's take a look at the run in.
Currently we are 4 points ahead but they have a better GD and 2 games in hand.
We play Preston on the 20th - a win would see us pull away but a draw is more likely IMO, Rams 44 pts Roth 39
They play Boro on the 21st - I think they will lose, Rams 44pts Roth 39
We play Brum on the 24th - another draw probably, Rams 45pts Roth 39
They play Barnsley also - they may well get a point, Rams 45pts Roth 40
They play Brentford on the 27th - I think they will lose, Rams 45pts Roth 40
They play Blackburn on 1st May, they may well win this as Blackburn will be safe by then and probably half asleep, Rams 45pts Roth 43
We play Swansea the same day, I think we will lose, Rams 45pts Roth 43, still not mathematically safe
They play Luton on the 4th May, they could get a point, Rams 45pts Roth 44
So it will as I suspected come down to the LAST DAY!
They play Cardiff, they may get a point, that will put them level on points with us BUT their GD will probably still be better, which means...
All we will need is a point against an already relegated Sheffield Wednesday...
Wazza will come in for some criticism because he will opt to play an attack minded team in a 3-4-3 or similar, but it will come up trumps because we will WIN and finish with 48 points!
After which thousands of Rams fans will consult their doctors with bleeding finger ends, no fingernails left and needing urgent surgery...

Love this thread. We have a hard opponent, Brum have an easy opponent (not saying reading are easy, just exaggerating slightly), we draw, Brum win. Oh no, they’ve gained two points on us, the season is definitely over. But then the next week, the tables are turned, we win and they draw, or we both loose (more likely). Either way, the season isn’t played on a single Wednesday. That’s why we shouldn’t be looking at other team’s results really, we should just be happy with a well earned point, and a point closer to safety.

I think there's a good chance you leapfrog us on Saturday out of the relegation zone, but I've see enough to think we both might be alright in 10-15 games time.
We've been on an absolutely dreadful spell, but think CH still has enough about him to keep us up, particularly with that ridiculously bloated squad. If nothing else he has options.
I watched abit of your game last night and thought you played really well.

Why would Leicester fans care? Neither Forest or Derby are their rivals.
