I got two tickets for Bristol off the waiting list today - thanks if it was anyone on here that returned them, I hope it wasn't because of anything too serious 🤞

It'll be interesting to see if they try to keep everyone seated in the South Stand tomorrow and what they'll do if some don't/won't.

He’s not Pep but he’s the manager of Derby County. Surely it’s in the best interests of the club to put any reservations we may have about him and his style of football and to get behind him and the team so that we achieve success?
Any negativity at this stage of the season must be to the detriment of the team. Let’s be loud and proud until promotion is achieved. Then, and only then, should we speculate about what happens next.

So Leicester are still cheating, still trying to wriggle off the hook and hoping that promotion to the premier league will help them escape justice. 
I hate saying this, but I'd happily see Leeds promoted if it meant Leicester getting stuck in the Championship with a major financial problem on their greasy hands.

Normally I would post it back but as I'm away on holiday at the moment and won't be back until Friday morning this is not possible given the time frame. My friend has had to change his plans and I just want to give a fellow Ram the chance to use it rather than it go to waste.

You know what pragmatism is the keyword here, the objective is to get out of League 1 and if we achieve that then the means will justify the ends

It’s common practice for managers at all levels to offer some well mannered professional courtesy towards their opponents.
 

Haven't we had this conversation before? Do you not realise that what he says in press conferences is for public consumption and it's only right that he shows respect to the opposition (regardless of how rubbish they may be). Who, in their right minds, wants to hear him say in a press conference "we will will win this one"? Do you think that if Man City had played Maidstone in the FA Cup Pep would have said "we will win this"?
As for worrying, who says he is worrying? I just see it as him as either a) just saying something to sound polite and/or b) recognising that regardless of what position the opposition are in they may pose some kind of threat.
It feels a bit like groundhog day but I'll repeat what I said last time you raised this further excuse to have a moan at PW: I'm convinced that what he says publicly and what he says to the players is very unlikely to be the same thing. I'm sure (and hope) than when he speaks to the players he will be telling them that this is definitely a game we should be winning. However, even in that more private conversation, I'm sure, whilst wanting to instilling confidence he will be wary being complacent.
I really don't understand why you, and those that liked your post, can't see this and seem to take such comments way too seriously.

I get that some aren’t enjoying the football.  I can honestly say I’ve not enjoyed every game and we’ve not played consistently well for 90mins in any game this season.  It’s been good it patches.  But I find it bizarre that poor football is a reason to sack the manager when we sit 2nd with about 1/4 of the season to go.  It’s the very reason Mad Mel sacked Clement.  He said something like it’s not all about promotion it’s about how you do it and coined the infamous phrase “the Derby way”.  And yet a lot are advocating the very same action is taken now.
And easy on the eye football doesn’t guarantee anything.  Mac 1 was some of the best football at PP, yet we lost a Play-off final and went from 1st to 8th in the last 1/4 of the season.  I get we lost Martin but Warne has lost Collins.  Mac 1 had Bent, Warne has Gayle.  It seems like they’re very similar scenarios.
And no, I’m not a Warne defender, pro-Warne, Warne supporter or whatever badge some want to put on me.  I’m accepting our situation, position in the league stage of the season, etc.  The time to review is in May, and see how we’ve done.

And that's fair enough too - if I lived that far from Derby then I might think differently but as I've only ever lived a bus ride away, travelling to and from home games has never been an issue.
I wasn't having a dig at anyone with my post so apologies if it came over that way, everyone has to make up their own mind based on their individual circumstances, I was just stating how I felt based on my personal circumstances.  

I've just renewed and irrespective of whoever is the manager, whatever the style of play, the results and the division, I'll renew every season because I support Derby County no matter what.

And I for one really appreciate your away ticket updates, I find them very helpful and being in the 5+ bracket this season they prepare me for how quick I'm going to have to be when tickets go on sale to my category so thanks from me (and I'm sure many others) for all your efforts and updates. 👍🙂

He's genuinely a nice guy who cares passionately about what his is doing and trying to achieve. He's very popular around the club with the staff. He's a good ambassador for the club and supports the work of the Community Trust. I like that about him regardless of my opinion of him as a football manager. 

Second in the league , 2 nd highest scorers ? , right up there with least goals conceded , that’s substance , fact , certainly more substance than ,,,,,, I don’t like how we play , I don’t think he’s the right man for us , I don’t like his interviews , I don’t like his hats , his 3 promotions mean nothing ect ect ect 
don’t tell me ,,,,, best squad in the division best wage spend ect ect , I suppose by your yardstick city need to sack pep now and bring in somebody who will win the league with that team , not knocking round second and third place as any manager could and should be running away with the league with that squad at his disposal
