Yes thats fair enough, but defending 45mins solid is alot harder then controling the play and making teams work harder to get the ball so theres more chance of injuries due to sprinting more to covering so if you won the ball more forward you could of kept the ball and taken pressure of the players trying to defend

Im not being a p***k about it i just feel we gave them too much respect 2nd half and didnt put pressure on them, like i said before the game i was well happy to get a point but feel we gave them too much time second half and it cost us the win 

I didnt say hard, it said a high press so when the ball went forward not press all the time then giving them time all the time 

Poor second half we needed high press, tried to sit behing the ball another 2 points thrown away! Too many time warne sitting behind the ball kills us

Good point,but 2 points lost due to the persistent dropping off.we have the players,not sure we have the tactics for automatic promotion,fingers crossed

So, I have calmed down after the Northampton defeat. The dust has settled. I can now look calmly over the season as a whole, where we were and how far we have come and so forth, and come to a rational and considered opinion based on all that I know.
I still want Warne gone.
Yes, nice bloke, bobble hats, next to no budget, this, that and the other.
But whatever the outcome from this season: promotion, play-offs, missing out, whatever league we play in next season.....

Toss. Yes. But cmon, Wilson, Ward, Nelson and CBT all did OK. Pretty much everyone else were poor.  Warne got the team wrong for sure and was too slow to react.

I get we are struggling with players available, I just don't understand how we can keep watching Hourihane and then put him in the team the game after

Yes but thats doesnt have to mean our players are on 50% more look at the size of acadamys between the 2

For me we are playing at home and have to keep the attacking intent of Ward and Sibley at wingback, however i would bring Smith in to strengthen the centre of the park. Forsyth is a great option to bring on if Sibs is struggling defensively. Barks had a good game Tuesday night and has to keep his place, running at the defence.
Lets have a real go at Bolton, forget what they did last Saturday!!
