I think thats warnes strength tbh , coaching, man management getting the best out of players
look at didzy last year.. best career scoring season ever at the age he was.
nelson… i wager thats one of his best seasons to boot.

cashin… looks a bloody star destined for the prem tbh.
collins, kept out the side for large chunks last year cos of didzys form but he still managed to squeez another what 17-18 goals out of a guy at the tail end of his career.
nml… again, probably one of his best or most productive seasons
    it aint by chance

B4 is ours, and we will always hold him close to our hearts.
But when you see the sheer numbers of names on the Rams remembered tribute at Pride Park twice a season, you see the scope of Derby County fans who die each season.
They are each and every one of them someone else's B4.

Yet your not prepared to clarify what you hint at , ie if someone says they feel bullied then they are being bullied , you may well deal with it in your job , doesn’t mean you understand it any better than anybody else , your above post sets you out as knowing more about it as you deal with it in your job,
you’ve thrown out the accusation of bullying of forum posters , now I feel that’s bullying by you to get your own way, by your metric that make s you a bully , doesn’t matter if you are or not , me feeling it is enough to make it so ? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I didn't say I know more than others I was responding to a barb that 'need to understand what bullying is'.
Again I'm amused me mentioning that some posters felt bullied into not stating theur views has led to 20 posts directed at me personally with several barbs. Now I don't feel bullied but I do find it more than a little ironic.
    That's me done.

I am happy to be proved wrong but I think it was something like Stockport Ram under a thread cheerio ?  -  can’t find it. It upset me at the time, hate to see anyone stressed like that,  but rather than bullying I think (don’t know if I am right ? ) he talked about toxic, negative, argumentative debate. Anyway, he/she had a point. Sometimes we all get riled and exchanges between posters get a bit spicy. Regardless, I would suggest that bullying (and I have been there ) is when you feel cowed, frightened and unable to voice your feelings because of some over bearing presence or physical threat. The contention that this has happened here is, to me at least, fallacious . There has been scorn, derision, petty name calling on many fronts but no individual poster has been singled out, isolated or threatened. The only possible “victim” of near universal opprobrium is Bris .. but he/she courts it and I suspect loves the attention caused by his inflammatory and condescending statements of “fact” - as he/she sees it. Everyone else has their allies. I haven’t seen anyone in a corner alone or picked on. I think you need to understand what bullying really is.

Think it also about how a manager treats players and the culture at the club , so much is often about confidence and feeling good about themselves , it can transform players , I certainly think this is an area that some warne detractors got totally wrong about what was going on inside the club when we wernt quite getting the results we all wanted

I hope it will bring a smile to your face that Dan found a place on here where he was understood , loved and defended to the hilt , it always made my smile and made me proud when perhaps a newish member or one who hadn’t had much interaction with him might get in a bit of a spat and so many of us would jump to his defence , yes we could disagree the odd time over an opinion but going over the top with Dan was not tolerated, im sure there are many ( myself included ) who learnt so so much from Dan or at the very least reminded us of things we already know but at times can forget

Personally I would think around Christmas time would be about right for considering whether contract extensions are in order both for the club and for warne , it’s easy to forget that we as a club might not meet his ambition s in terms of being able to get the players he wants to give him a real shot at seeing how far he can go , anybody looking at his record over the last few years can see there’s obviously something there ,
the last two seasons have not really been about building anything other than a culture and spirit of togetherness amongst a squad and the club and the value of that should not be underestimated, the job was to get promoted asap , the other parts of the building job starts now and is shared between warne , scouting/recruitment staff and the club , I think this is where a lot of disagreement on this forum has come from ,
I see no reason why warne can’t thrive at championship level given the right backing and I hope he does , he deserves it far more than a lampard or Rooney trading on they’re names as top players

My main issue was the folk that couldn't tell where the line was between constructive debate and personal insults. I saw an embarrassing amount of vitriol online towards a manager that ultimately got us promotion in the end. I was arguing against it at the time because it was all so premature. Hopefully now those who went OTT feel a bit silly and will reign it in next time.

What really bugged me through the season wasn't so much the post-match comments but some of the tripe being spouted as soon as the starting eleven was announced. After a poor display it's totally understandable that there's going to be some flack flying around but instead of waiting to see the actual match outcome and then commenting, it was as though a handful of posters (and I'm sure most of us can guess who) were champing at the but to stick the knife in.
For now (apart from the occasional laughingi imoji) they've mostly gone silent and I for one am enjoying the peace and serenity that a successful promotion brings.

I've always believed in giving manager's time. The only manager I can recall actively calling for the removal of was Tommy Docherty. I agreed with the removal of both John Gregory and Phil Brown because the situation was desperate at the time, though I had sympathy for the latter because of the difficulties of working under that particular regime. I always thought that calls for Warne's sacking were shortsighted and that some posters went well beyond reasonable criticism, and I think I made my views pretty clear along the way. The proliferation of anti-Warne threads were spoiling the forum. Some posters seemed to be on personal missions to get the manager out, fortunately few of them were "regulars".
The only thing that really matters is that David Clowes stayed loyal to his man, a quality I greatly admire. There's always room to improve some aspect of performance, style and results, and I appreciated the contributions of those who have identified those aspects and put their arguments across thoughtfully. I'd like to think that within the management team those aspects have also been identified and will be addressed, budget permitting in some cases, but for now let's just enjoy stage one of "mission accomplished".

The same as you , I’ve seen the glory days and for me this season is right up there , well actually these last two seasons in the context of admin all taken together ,,
football is more than football , my wife and daughter have come to games since admins and it’s been great , we have shared so much , we got two extra tickets for Carlisle so my wife and daughter could both come and bring my daughters boyfriend, there was the bit of sorrow that my eldest daughter who had season ticket when both daughters were small is no longer with us in person,
football is shared emotion , we will remember the day , the season , the emotion , we won’t remember what division we were promoted from , we won’t go back over the style of football we played ,
the last two seasons have been great , a bond between generations in families , happy times shared ,
    that’s just how I see it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Odd that you show no such empathy for those who were roundly mocked for supporting Warne though. The idiots, the deluded, the blind faithers, the happy clappers, the clueless, Warne fanbois, et al, ad nauseum. You've made dozens of posts supporting those who wanted Warne out, yet not a single one I can recall for those who felt that stance to be shortsighted.
The fact is, suggesting this was entirely a one-way interaction isn't the action of an 'adult' either and is just a derisive and divisive as those comments you'd see sanctioned.
