They did but would only pay the key master another 2 for the ground.  Ashleys only offering 28.  Appleby ?.  In the last 18 months we've had 6 serious amounts of interest and we've contrived to chase the worst 3 with pretend money.  The bids from people who have actual money seem to run at around 28 million.  That's enough to service the creditors and is a good bid for a club with Derbys debt.  The hold up with these that have actual money, is our old incumbents strange thoughts that someone may give him 20 million or a few million rent to service the attached loans he took out on top of paying off his mess.

If he pulls out of buying Derby it'll be because he doesn't have the funds to do so and will be sweet FA to do with being dissed on social media or sone random guy slagging him off on local radio.

Someone's just spent over 300 million quid on a football club he owned as far from London as it's possible to get.  He can't have run down the bugger that much.

I love Derby, but if I had the chance to play at that tournament with Poulter and Garcia (let alone the business connections) I’d happily make every Derby fan wait for another week. Sorry. 

And this is why we need to take responsibility for what we post. That is to say, the effect it can have on other posters. It's not simply 'I'm right, you're wrong'. Too many assume when taken to task over their posts that it's about the veracity of their content, but it's not that simple. 
@B4ev6is chin up lad. There'll always be a Derby, mainly because the club has fans like you. Don't be upset as we honestly don't know that there's an issue yet. Dawes has been wrong in the past. Hold tight mate and let's see what happens.

I think that fact that he's on the golf course now when the fans need communication off him the most really does sum up where his priorities lie.
"Trying to complete the takeover" he was tweeting the other week to say he was the new owner. It's all down to his funds, which clearly he's not sent.
Even if by some miracle he does takeover now. Do we want him?! Because something is clearly very very wrong here.

We are all fully aware of the failed deadlines and how long this process has taken, at the end of the day though we are currently powerless to do anything about the takeover situation.
Sat here refreshing pages, stamping our feet in the hope to hear anything will not help.
