Who said I’d got the answer? Clowes went for the quick fix to try get us out of league 1, which looks like it worked. The other answer was to either stay with Rosenior or bring in another young manager with new coaching ideas to try get us out this league playing attractive football. As you rightly said if things didn’t go right from the off fans would want him gone. So maybe Clowes did get it right? My argument is I am paying good money to be entertained, which for 90 per cent of the home games, I haven’t been🤔

I have never and would never boo my team, I will however say what I think. I won’t be renewing my season ticket but instead will pick the games I fancy watching.

Paul Warne barring a complete disaster has done his job, fair play to him and Clowes got it bang right 👌 but this is not the football I wanna watch week in week out, great that Warne has done his job and taken us up but sorry that’s not for me next year 😢

David Clowes rescued our club and appointed a manager who he believed would get us promoted back to the Championship.
It looks like that bit has been done barring a ridiculous turn of events.

What happens next? Lets leave it to David Clowes to continue to make good decisions, He's doing ok so far.

Fozzy came in for the Bolton game and played out of his skin and is simply much better than Bradley and 2 goals don’t change the fact he’s to slow and if we do go up Bradley would get skinned in the Champ.

BaianoPOTY98 reacted to Tamworthram in Where do you think we'll finish this season?
    No.
Even if we beat Cambridge I won’t be tempting fate (too many years of being a Derby fan I guess).
I fully expect Bolton to win their two home games this week meaning it will all be decided on the last day ideally with us still a point ahead rather than one or two points behind.
Beat Cambridge and 3 or 4 nil up against Carlisle going into time added on and I might finally allow myself to believe. 😀

    ATG
    1Wildsmith 6  Nothing to do
35Nelson 7  Looked back to his best but having said that was never under any pressure
5Bradley 7.5  Scored 2 and did ok, the goals probably just edged the MOM award
    6Cashin 7  Mr reliable
2Wilson 7.5  Especially 1st half played very well and the wing back role really suits him
12Smith 7. Him and Adams looking really good in the centre of the park
    23Fornah 6
32Adams 7.5  Like dog s***, he’s everywhere. Made such a difference to us
    10Waghorn 6
    17Sibley 7.5  See Wilson
16 Tommo 7  Surprised he started but thought he did really well yesterday, put in a real shift.
    4Hourihane 6
9Collins 6.5  Worked his socks off and gained a few good free kicks in dangerous areas
    14Washington 6
    11Méndez-Laing 6.5  Looked a bit better yesterday
    7Barkhuisen 6
I was shocked and very disappointed when I saw the starting 11, but wow how they proved me wrong, even tho the opposition was poor.

Why? NML although not playing at his best as a second striker (I'm not sure that playing there is the main reason) is doing ok and CBT is a very good straight swap. Barks is currently getting the nod as the substitute replacement, but he's on a very good run of form compared with earlier in the season. CBT when on song I believe is better than Barks. NML won't be playing for even, or even a 46 game season. I believe that CBT may actually thrive on being played more centrally, where with his power and pace will be able to go either side and have more room.

Won’t make any bones about not being his biggest fan. I think even at his best this season he’s merely been “fine”, which for what we are presumably paying him and the fanfare that surrounded his arrival, has been a disappointment to say the least. He’s made several errors and for a 6ft5 monster I don’t think I can remember a centre back so tentative. Would do himself some favours by attacking the ball and leaving the wrestling out of it.
I questioned the reasoning for his inclusion yesterday given his recent performances and what he did at Northampton, but it seems Warne may have known about Orient’s inability to defend crosses and it really worked. Hats off on that. He was untested defensively, although did give away a couple of poor free kicks first half. The announced man of the match seemed a bit of a stretch, there were 3 or 4 players more deserving.

    On TV
Wildsmith   7  Made one great save, kicking better than normal.
2Wilson   5  Gave the ball away too much.
35Nelson   6  Ok but still not at his normal levels.
    6Cashin   6.5  Similar to Nelson.
    17Sibley  5  See Wilson
11Méndez-Laing   4  Not sure whether the captaincy effects him or not, but very average perfomances lately.
12Smith   6.5  Worked hard and played one excellent pass through.
16Thompson  5.5  Busy when he came on.
32Adams  7  Usual hard working self.
27Blackett-Taylor  3  Missed a complete sitter, doesnt look interested half the time.
4Hourihane  5.5   Tried to influence the game when he came on.
14Washington   6  Our most dangerous player.
7Barkhuizen   5  Did little when he came on.
9Collins   4   Never got into the game, i forgot he was playing.
    10Waghorn.   5.5  See Hourihane.
Very very lacklustre performance, whenever we get the chance to push on and give ourselves a bit of daylight, we FAIL!!

Not much in our defence tonight, like Caerphilly said we’ve had extra days to prepare, Wycombe supposedly knackered physically and mentally from a tough game 3 days ago, quite honestly 2nd half we looked tired and devoid of ideas. Can we win our last 3 games, personally I’d say a big NO.😢

Just don’t get it, put in a great shift in the pouring rain away at Portsmouth, have time to rest and work with 8 days in between, then turn in such a lacklustre showing.
Warne and his staff not done enough, players let themselves and all of us down tonight, it’s still possible for us to get autos but it’s a massive dropped b0ll0ck tonight 😞

Watching on RamsTv but for me Washington looks our most dangerous player with his pace getting in behind, NML still not himself and missed a guilt edged chance, Blacket Taylor FFS what were u doing, miss of the season! He doesn’t like chasing back or tackling either. Not seen anything of Collo yet. Still can win this game tho, come on Derbyyyyyy 💪

Waghorn is strong as an ox. Other of our more skilful players are also able to mix it, NML, Wilson, Ward are all able to get stuck in.
Possibly only Bird, Hourihane are more 'technical' without that bite, which is why (Fornah and then) Adams were recruited, as eg Thompson, Smith just couldn't do it all. Shame we couldn't do that successfully earlier in the season.

I think having the likes of Collins, Adams and Nelson as the spine of the team is a bonus for games like this. They’ll set the tone for the rest and make sure we’re not bullied as easily as we have been in the past….i hope 🤞
