probably a sound move , Jordan talking nonsense. Derby will not be sold to a Phoenix except as an absolute last resort which we are probably months away from .
my understanding of what hosking was saying is they would choose a preferred bidder in 3 weeks time. 
 
if that falls through we would still have option of second or third choice but hopefully the deal should be done before Christmas or possibly slip to first week in jan

I think they were going to choose a preferred bidder by then. Sounds like Kirchner is moving quicker than anyone else atm. Or at least making more noise.

I would guess reaching agreement with creditors might be high on the list.

Well their owner is a lawyer I think. Is he charging the club a commercial rate for his time? Is that in accordance with ffp rules? Or is he trying to leverage an unfair advantage over Derby?

well they are IT guys.

Efl never seem to agree to anything … except maybe both have agreed a postponement as 21days is very short given the complexity to be fair.
