He has 18 goals in over 150 championship appearances, granted as with any stat some of them will have been as a sub.  Most were 8- 9 years ago and even then it was 1 in 7.  Shift his wages and look for better

I should give it a good spray down.  God knows how many splayed buttocks have been jammed against those walls when the shower gel gets dropped.  Hundreds i'd imagine.

I can remember that season, and know that the Bald Eagle had talked with Emmanuel Petit and David Ginola! What a team that would have been - we'd haave plyed everybody like the last 20 minutes of that Southampton game! But we didn't have the pennies! 

I like him.  He has quick thought, finds space and can carry a ball.  I don't think the forwards we've had bar Gayle are as quick on the uptake to get in position and he has too slow down.  I think he went through a period in 22/23 where he had a great 4 0r 5 weeks after Christmas then inexplicably lost his place to Dobbin, which seemed to effect his play when he came on.  For me that seriously hampered our play off bid. Handy to have in the squad.

Derby 4 Southampton 0 under Smith.  Absolutely ripped them apart that day.  First time I'd thought we're probably only a couple of players from winning something with this team and being here for 10 years.  Didn't quite have the funds to finish the job 

My opinion has always been spend what you like as long as you lodge 80% of the funds to cover the costs on an annual basis including National Insurance and daily overheads..  If you don't cover the costs every July, you can't spend anymore and indeed will need too sell players to meet that years liability.  That way the mess we got into will be far more minimal.  The general day to day sales and matchday ticket purchases will need to be submitted on a monthly basis to cover the other 20%.  If there is a shortfall the amount you have shown you can spend will be reduced accordingly.

You mean the company owned by Coates daughter.  Very FFP compliant.  Sold the ground to her for some ridiculous sum of about 180 million as well. 

You take things to literally.  
You've just called Gibson a pube headed p**** and wished nothing but misfortune.  So if it was shown that his transfer of losses to his haulage company was in breach of regs and he went to court and lost, you'd like the slate wiped clean, no points deduction and we just crack on.

Bit of a long one mate.  In a nutshell, on deadline day Brighton were signing him and sending him out on loan.  Derby insisted on having him back but Brighton had already agreed a loan to Blackburn or Ipswich.  Derby weren't to chuffed but relented and agreed to Ipswich if we could have Edmundson on a season long.  Ipswich said no, so we said no and Brighton agreed to send Cashin back to us for the season but too late in the day.

The holiday one that plays Andy Williams in January with an annoying kid stuffing his face as they go on holiday.

The worst one was the self made job by the West Ham player beating a cat with his brother.  Whatever happened to him.  Seems he's had a contract extension and been made Captain.  I lose a bit more love for football every year.

If that's our entire budget, better look forward to a weekend in Fleetwood again.  

Just paraphrasing what they talked about in the podcast, it was Darren Robinson and Kieran Maguire throwing the numbers around - and they already accounted for 22k season tickets.  Interesting listen.

I think the £7-8 million they mentioned on radio Derby and quoted by @maxjam was just the additional money from the tv deal, there was then further speculative points made about some of the points you listed above in helping increase revenue more.
It’s an interesting listen, if you can put up with Maguire.
