Since beating Sheffield by a single goal, Leeds have secured only 8 points from a possible 27.  It would appear their is a God after all and he's not called Bielsa. How long before Moody Marcelo grabs his bucket and runs for the hills I wonder?

It would be quite amusing to see Burnley win and Fulham win their next matches and watch there arses start twitching, especially with that double training session routine that seems to have them running on empty in February/March.

  2. Just finished watching a programme I came across on netflix called bloodline.  Really enjoyed the first 2 and a half seasons .  The final two episodes left me rather confused which was a shame and a lot unanswered. Think it might be one of those that was due another season but got wrapped up in a very un-neat bow with a quick cancellation.  Annoying.

I can’t fathom how bad we’ve got in a mere 6 month period.

Only thing I would say is BMouth away, Watford home, Reading away and Norwich away is about as hard as it gets in this division.

Still shambolic though. CH needs time, whatever the current form.

Weirdly we have five points away at Bournemouth, Norwich and Brentford and were very unlucky not to draw with Bristol City.  But have one point from Wycombe, Barnsley, Coventry and QPR at home.

This is a weird season with no fans.  Even though we have a weaker side I can't imagine we'd be that poor with people in .  Think we've only lost 5 or 6 at home in a couple of years prior to this season.

I can’t believe, as bad as we have been this season, and we have been terrible, we’ve actually lost one game less than forest.

this would have been forests perfect opportunity to finish even just be a mediocre mid table team, they wouldn’t have even had to be very good, and laud it over us.

but wouldn’t you know it, they are completely poo at the same time we are. that’s hilarious.

we really joined by an invisible force, spiralling the same plug hole.

Should have one more as well, they should have lost two more.  Disallowed goal for bugger all.

It still is but weird little creatures who can't think for themselves will pay $50 to watch their favourite content creator put on some gloves and fight a guy that has decades of fighting experience at the highest level.

    Why?

Because YouTube personality and content creator might land a lucky punch. (Except there's no such thing as a lucky punch of course).

Hopefully there's a WWE Royal Rumble or cage match to watch instead. More real.

To be honest I blame the professional boxers in this kind of carry on .  Perhaps they might say 'do you know what, it took a hell of a lot of getting hit and work to get to a point where i was world champion and eventually I made that much money from it I'd struggle to spend it in 3 lifetimes .  Better to have a bit of respect for the sport , people who watch it and those coming through the ranks who hope to have what I have one day and keep it's integrity.  Stick your joke fight up your arse ' .  Wishful thinking I suppose.

Maddest statistic of that season was we scored the first goal in the Prem on the opening day v Pompey.

Think it was Matt Oakley in the 5th minute?

Sol Campbell reckoned Derby were a great team and that they would give teams loads of trouble that season.

Heard some mention he might be worth a shot as manager?

And millions will watch it because Floyd will leak an injury rumour or will have a disastrous camp or Logan Paul will do something made up like ko Canelo in training.

Maybe Logan Paul could actually win this you know? Here, take my money!!

Who watches these stupid exhibitions? They're as real as The Rock v Triple H but a lot lot less entertaining.

Is that for real .  Good god .  I remember when boxing was a proper sport.

The Blades on course to smash our record. I'm beginning to look for their result before anyone else in the PL. What are the chances?

If they have 5 points at the 35 game mark I'll give it a chance.  As they only lose by the odd goal the chances are they'll have a few wins by then .  Even 3 wins and a couple of draws  would be enough. Thats how pants we were for 4 and half months. Up till January we could easily have picked up another 10 points. We were miles better than Liverpool, Chelsea and Newcastle- away. Missed penalties in draws against Fulham and maybe Blackburn . No doubt we were clearly going down but  we decided to go comatose and wilt completely with 15/ 16 games of the season left and that left this stain we can't shift.

I've been on afternoons since Covid, the heatings gone off when I wake up, so I have missed that small win.

The missus keeps barking at me for dragging the bath mat over to the toilet for my mid morning sit down, but I can't stand cold feet.

i do the same, while in sandals.  i like a soft floor in the morning.  i slide it back over when i'm done though ?

Any easy fix that problem.  Purchase a couple of samples of you favourite mat and strap them on your feet when you get up. Then you can just take your time without concerning yourselves with this moving bath mats malarkey.

What are the rules on other academies "poaching" our most promising talent. We are also the highest category academy aren't we? Can we refuse or if the prospect wants to go we cannot do anything to prevent (i.e. Delap?)

I think it's just a higher compo if they go.

I can see both of us being bottom 3 at Christmas - they've got Watford, Reading, Norwich and Brentford next 4 games. Our run in December isn't easy either. Together forever - there is no escape.

My red dog mate reckons they were exceptionally lucky to get the win in injury time against Coventry as they  were uber pants and could have been three down. They were also very lucky to get a draw with us . On the other side they did manage to beat a Wycombe side devoid of any ability at this level bar a winger and a bit of pluck. We didn't which was a new low and we were lucky in our solitary win at Norwich although we deserved a point against Bristol City.  The difference is I can't think of any occasion where they've conceded and gave up .  That's our problem

There not much better than us but have more experienced options to change things and arguably a more equipped attitude when the game looks like it's running away from them. I certainly think the worst they'll be is third from bottom.

I am sick and tired of Klopp moaning about his precious little lads having to play too many games. How about if they all agree to a 50% wage reduction we'll make sure there's only one game per week? Or how about actually using some of the players in your bloated squad?

Perhaps go back to the original European cup format and have 9 games maximum to win it rather than massive amount of games they have now.  Problem is they wouldn't have played in it for 30 years and those other pesky teams like Copenhagen, Legia Warsaw and Gothenburg would have a chance of doing ok in the competition, rather being seeded bottom in a group of billionaire clubs who finished 1st and 2nd in the italian, spanish and English league with no chance of qualifying.

Can't have them having any cash by progressing a few rounds.

Talking of managers getting one over another team. I think if Nigel Clough stood in for every manager that played Leeds, it would take them less than 3 years to go bust.

I believe we had 10 wins in a row against them and barely laid a glove on them since (apart from that one all important game).

Leeds don't like us because since 1972 when we play each other and it matters we always win.  We even drew with them with half a team back in 13/14.

April 72- league champions,  Promotion secured in 87,  playoffs 2019, ruining their return to the championship 2-0.

I wasn't a huge fan of Billeh (the man not the manager) but I can understand why some of the fans still fawn over him. Compared with basically every other manager we've had since Paul Hart in the early 00s he's done pretty well. Plus he clearly enjoyed getting one over on you lot which always endears a manager to the fans.

In fact on the subject...I can't be the only one who misses the good old days of about 10 years ago. When both sides seemed to be chocka with former players of the other, or players who were from the other city (Barker, Osborn etc) and both managers and staff were linked to the other side and clearly there was needle between them.

When I watched the game the other week it was just a non-event, not just because there were no fans but because the players were just detached from the event, there are no villains anymore like Camp, Commons, Savage or Tyson and apart from Rooney and Waghorn I'd barely heard of a single Derby player nevermind get angry just at their very presence on the screen.

Not sure why you got rid of O'Driscoll.  Seemed well suited and think you were in the playoffs.  Suppose we did the same to Clement but he had just spent 23 million quid and lost a few on the bounce.

Just had a look. Some of our 'fans' are a constant source of embarassment.

To be honest, most of the comments seem to come from some deranged QPR fan with small club syndrome and a rather dull riposte from some Leeds knuckle dragger about being an ugly bamford and hitting a tree.

How awful is this ROI team?!

They are . It doesn't help when one of the best players on the pitch Grealish commited to them from 17, turned down England u21 offers stating he wanted to play for Ireland then crapped out on them before his senior debut against Denmark.  Rice was another who played for the full team in a friendly. That kind of chicanery won't help a side when 5 years have been wasted on coaching to fit into a team.
