I was laughed at, and probably still would be for suggesting he's the Championship manager of the season but I stand by it. Nobody comes close.
Name me a manager that with his experience, at this level with the embargos, administration, unpaid wages, you name it, name me a manager that has been able to assemble a squad of freebies and academy players and put this much fight up in the face of a 21 point deduction. 
He's doing quite simply an incredible job and deserves every bit of credit that comes his way, throughout all this poo he's been the leader with unbelievable class that has allowed us all to be proud of this club. 
Not a manager in the world I would swap him for right now, remember the name, Wayne Rooney, this kid is going to the top.

Goodbye 2021, without a deduction this team made up of freebies and academy players would be 13th in the Championship, just 8pts off the top 6. 
Build the Rooney statue now. 
First job in management, everything he's had to deal with, incredible job he's doing. ???

Every game those kids are getting better and stronger, playing together. It’s still a huge mountain but the Rams are marching !

I love this team more than any in my all too brief time as a Ram .. They are special. They have guts by the bucket load.

First post on this forum having followed Derby since growing up here in the 00’s - so proud of this team at the moment! Doing the city proud, especially the talented academy boys stepping up in the club’s time of need. The great escape is on!

What a fantastic result again. If it's going to happen, we need to go on a run and they're doing just that. The players are giving absolutely everything. 3 wins on the bounce. Only 4 points behind Barnsley, the great escape is on! The fans have been immense every game and outsing every opponent. I love this football club ?

My thoughts exactly, gave me goosebumps tonight, whatever happens, we are giving it a real go, nobody should doubt it.

I beg we never spend big money on a player again. This team and the QPR play off final team made for peanuts and are great to watch for different reasons.
Also even if we don’t stay up I hope we ruin as many other teams play off dreams as we can! ?

Best win of the season. 
Tactically spot on today both the initial line up and then the subs made the needed impact. Pressed with real aggression and used the ball well with purpose. This is the best we've looked so far this season and gives us that glimmer of hope.

It’s rare so see a pair so special. Can’t wait to see them again!
