In the summer, We missed out on a number of free agents that I wanted us to sign but we were not competitive on salaries due to restrictions.

Tom Lees stands out to me. He's taken Huddersfield almost to the play-offs.

Sky spent more time with ex Leeds boy talking about Neil Warnock and the Forest bloke with pink hair playing for Brum.

Usual Sky Sports missing the important stuff that is just outside their closed little glass box of same old stuff.

If it doesn't lead to them making money they won't do it. The worst thing about Sky is that they convince people they're a news channel/sports broadcaster, when in fact they're just another evil profit driven business that ruins things.

  3. If the situation is resolved before the end of the season we can sign free agents then?

    Who is even is there?

    Wisdom

    Jack Wilshere

    Omar Niasse

    Jermaine Defoe

    Baldock (again)

    Branislav Ivanovic

    Robson-Kanu

    Elmohamady

Would it even be worth signing anyone?

The irony of Sky Sports posting stuff like this, well said Gary but the Sky money is the root of all these problems. You have the relegated teams with their parachute money and clubs like Derby betting the farm just to match them financially.

Exactly. Like they won't have a disgusting 'countdown to extinction' timer on SSN like they did with Bury to make some sick spectacle of it.

I hate how they act like they're just innocent reporters of news like the BBC. heard one reporter earlier say "we're used to covering EFL clubs going into administration" Yes, they're in administration because of what you created! they could help stop it if they wanted to but they won't because all they care about is money.

Just ventured over to LTLF to see what the Forest fans are saying. It's not nice.

Derby County Football Club going bust will be a devastating blow to the city, to people's livelihoods and to people's mental health. The fact that the vast majority of them are laughing and saying it's what we deserve is sickening.

    Utterly sickening.

I don't understand why you'd want your biggest rival to disappear. Wouldn't it make the whole experience as a fan more boring?

  6. The Glazers can't even be bothered to paint Old Trafford, so I don't why they'd care about Derby, I doubt they've even heard of us. They were quite happy to throw the rest of English football under the bus with the Super League anyway for their greed. I don't think the word 'charity' is in their vocabulary.

Football is a very cruel and selfish business these days, it's probably more likely other clubs would do more to kill us than saves us.
