Best one in my 54 years is the win at Huddersfield in 1995. Ron Willems scoring the winner.
Probably the most memorable, though not a victory, was the 4-4 draw with Manure in 1970.

This. Cracking game and atmosphere, played on a muddy, Best, Law & Charlton vs the Rams, snow covered pitch, a BBG classic.
Away trip - Wigan 1 v Derby 2, 2004, the start of the PO charge under Burley. Great pies and a pub crawl in Derby when we got back.

Let's hope that this time next year we are all present and correct and cheering a resurgent Rams to victory.

Nothing to do with fear, mate.
And we’re both perfectly fit and healthy, touch wood!
We’ve managed to stay clear of covid thus far, and right now, more so than at any other time, we’d really like to stay that way!
it’s more out of respect, and putting others’ needs above our own.
Staff, visitors, and patients at Derby Royal, in the main. But the main reason is that me & Muckrrette are both currently testing on a daily basis, and should either of us test positive, then her 90 year old dad will literally be allowed no other visitor, as we are the only visitors he is allowed. (Hospital rules).
After fearing the worst less than a week ago, he’s now thankfully on the mend. He’s effectively out of danger. And for that, we heartily thank the hospital staff, and count our blessings. But he’s still going to be in there for a while yet, and he’s relying on us visiting for a measly one hour a day, every day, as his only connection to the outside world. (He’s started smiling again today. We want to see that every day!)
We see that not as a duty, or a chore, but as an absolute pleasure and an honour, to a wonderful man, and in order to keep it going, we feel we must try everything in our power to ensure we keep covid at bay. For us, that means minimal shopping, cancelled family gatherings over Christmas, cancelled camping trips over New Year, and even at the risk of being called a half fan, (or worse!) cancelled trips to what I currently consider to be non-essential attendance to football matches.
I’ve recently started taking a travel mug of coffee, and have a season ticket, so rest assured, DCFC won’t be losing a penny, by me not turning up!
Just don’t forget… Give them a cheer for me… I’m relying on you, buddy!  Big time!

Even with a new preferred bidder it will still take a number of weeks to complete the deal so we will still probably need a fire sale starting next week to reduce the debt. Rooney seemed overly eager to get Kirchner as our new owner, possibly so he could himself invest in the club. I think with that  now not happening he will use the excuse that players have been sold against his wishes and therefore left with no option but to resign as manager.
Just purely my take on it of course.

Snow on the ground, the Baseball pitch like a bog, Best, Charlton, Law against the newly promoted Derby side with Dave McKay pulling the strings, a true Boxing day thriller.

Its my 79th birthday today and I have been a Ram for 66 of those years. The first ten of those years defined me as a person and as a rams fan, I got a job I got married I had two sons I bought my first season ticket and we bought Kevin Hector, A great decade for me. The next ten years were also great from Brian Clough to Dave McKay, and then things changed, in 1976 we lost to Man Utd in the cup semi final we were odds on favourites to win, And for whatever reason that result upset me so much that it made me ill for weeks after. And being a Rams fan was never the same again for me. I still had a season ticket up until Peter Taylors time as manager but the fervour had gone. I never lost the love for the Rams but I did not go very often after that. I still have that same love for the Rams I had 66 years ago and indeed I have had a season ticket for the last 14 seasons, but I am afraid its coming to an end, Covid scares me so I don't go now. But I would just like for a birthday/Christmas present somebody to get us out of this mess. Not bothered what league we are in I will still be a RAM till I die. UTR

I like the one where we first harkened to the angels singing.
We have since fought for evermore, and all because of that one Boxing Day!
Without that day, we could have stopped fighting. Then where would we be!  Eh? ?

BTW, there are 3 ex Rams from Derbyshire that I know of, in none Covid times we get together regularly.

Because being right is what it's all about, right? I guess it is if seeking the validation of strangers is a matter of concern.
Ok then mate, let's see if we get liquidated.
Ooooh, I really hope I'm right!
We were told that by either method, straight line or ERV, we were within FFP limits. That proved to be untrue.
Also, the chaps telling you they 'knew accounting laws' (Carnero et al) are mostly accountants, so there's that.  Here's a fun fact for you: ERV amortisation policies are FRS 102 compliant. The initial discrepancy (for which we ultimately received a £100,000 fine) was for the way we described said policy in our accounts which was deemed to be not misleading, but 'unclear'. Subsequent deductions resulted from the re-submitted figures which ultimately showed us to have breached limits and plus the mandatory 12 points for the club being placed in administration. Really odd that you still can't grasp this fact.
And, FWIW, I don't have an issue with folk who choose to spend their days posting unsubstantiated, melodramatic poo for strangers to read. That's the internet, isn't it? I just get weary of folk who post the same dreary BS a dozen times a day without ever providing any reasoning for their opinions. Hard to understand really, but they do say misery loves company, right?
Naively, I favour posts that try to lift the mood, though I concede there's little to be cheery about right now. As it is, that seems to place me in the minority right now, but I can live with that.
    Merry Christmas x
