Despite some forum users sharpening their knives with a couple of minutes to go, it ended up being a good day at the office 🙂
Yeah the performances still aren't there, but we're in the top six, 6pts off the autos and making noises about January transfers - a better transfer window than last January could see us do well this season.
And Forest scored 2 and still lost at home.  Good day all round 😛 

3 league wins in a row, first time since Jan & now only 6 points off the top 2.
Good tactical change at half time, we looked much better 2nd half with NML upfront with Collins

But we did win. If we sacked Warne and his successor came in I doubt most of us would care if we stole a victory. 
 
Whilst today doesn’t banish any demons for me regarding Warne, a wins a win and better to feel good about it than pick fault IMO.

It’s better than the current alternative though. The pedestrian nature of Hourihane/Smith just doesn’t work. They don’t have the movement on or off the ball. 

Been on holiday, and coming gack through the airport my Mrs fainted and collapsed on the luggage carousel. Fortunately she came round again quite quickly.

I am overwhelmed by your kind words, support, and the memories you have shared.  Thank you so much for the kindness and love you have all shown to Daniel over the years. My parents are working their way through all of the posts and will offer their own thanks in due course.
I wish I knew about the scraves, flanges and ballions before now. I wouldn’t have let Daniel live that down at home. This made my husband and I laugh this morning.
I will be wearing Daniel’s shirt and keeping his seat warm at the Bristol match. Really looking forward to hearing a big cheer and round of applause in the 38th minute, a goal at the time would be perfect!  Do please continue to share the picture with details of the applause. Let’s raise the roof for Daniel!!!

Looks like you're trying take offence on behalf of the players without even knowing what's going on in there head.
Without knowing Bird or McGoldrick personally, you are making some wild assumptions and connecting dots to suit this narrative where Paul Warne is this useless turnip that couldn't manage a piss up in a brewery.
The Bird one is ridiculous, The McGoldrick one.....well he scored an awful lot of goals for someone that didn't like the manager.
Yeah he left for Notts County, the club where he started his career at and spoke about wanting to finish his career there.
Using him as a stick to beat Warne with, you're basically calling him a liar for his motivations in moving to Notts County.
Which makes you no better than Warne and this accusation of fake injuries.

Absolutely.
Every player is different, some need criticism to start that fire in their belly, others need a cuddle and words of affirmation.
I couldn't sit here and tell you what any of the players need, 1) I have never managed a team of footballers and 2) I don't know any of the players personally.
I would imagine that would apply to most on here as well.
It's ok to not like Warne's football, his tactics, the way he talks, the way he walks and the bobble hats, but come on, all this is scraping the barrel of hate for a guy based on....well nothing really.

I have some very sad news this evening.  Daniel (B4) died earlier this week. He was just 38.
As you know, he has been battling numerous health conditions for a long time, but always remained cheerful  and was the most loyal supporter of his beloved Rams, home and away.
He was at the match at Crewe and gave his full support as always. 
Daniel leaves behind a grieving dad, mum and sister. Our thoughts go out to them and we only hope they get a little comfort from knowing how well loved Daniel is by all who know him. 
Here are a couple of photos that his dad agreed could be shared. I'm sure many of you have others, as Daniel loved a selfie at the game.
David is hoping to arrange a more fitting tribute in time, but for now please raise a glass in his memory and a good Derby win today. I am sure that's what Daniel would have been doing tonight.
