That’s not preventing the sale. It’s the risk emanating from the Boro/Wycombe claims that’s preventing the sale. The evidence of funds is to get the embargo lifted so that we can renew/offer contracts.

Its disgusting that Admin only told him the offer was accepted - not had the class to phone him before. Its Rooney in front of the players trying to be honest with them while getting them up to win football matches. Its was Admin that gave him the green light to prepare to sign players then drop the bombshell of Jags etc. while he was preparing for the game.

Knight would be a loss to be sure, but if it ends up funding the rest of the season then it’s better than losing another 4/5 players. If we can prove funding then we’re free to sign players/extend contracts etc so I’d imagine we’d bring in a replacement.
