Draws are no longer enough. We have to start winning games or these gaps will start to look like chasms.

As part of a personal mission to make a difference both to myself and others next year, and hopefully to also provide a boost to our local healthcare services, I am committing myself to running 10k each time Derby County fail to win a game (i.e. draw or lose) during 2021. If current form is anything to go by, I'll be stick thin by March!
I have started a GoFundMe page to hopefully do a bit of good while also having a bit of fun following our beloved Rams next year. I struggled to settle on a particular charity to support but have gone with the Derby and Burton Hospital Charity in light of the fantastic work they have done in tough circumstances in 2020. If you would wish to donate and provide me some much-needed motivation I'd appreciate literally anything!

Personally I liked him think he got some grief here because of the price which is hardly his fault.
Heart on his sleeve kinda guy.
Particularly left nothing on the pitch in that Dirty Leeds game.

Jamie ward has been recalled to forest from Burton after all three parties agreed on the move(how very gentlemanly)
However,what's everyones thoughts on him coming back to derby?
He was always a very capable winger,linked up well with the rest of our forwards,a good dribbler when necessary and is fully fit.
I remember that before he was injured on his last spell with us he was on fire.
I think he would still fit in well with this team now Mac is back and he is always a ram at heart,plus he would cost sod all.
A handy back up striker for is who is still capable of scoring stunning goals?

Ali Dia, free agent, played in the Prem, his cousin is George Weah, might be worth a look

Not really heard much other than snippets. Think a few more will be going. We still want a winger and central midfielder, think people know the targets there, but hard to do. If I hear anything new pops up then I'll let you know if the times right. But I don't hear everything, like I didn't hear about Nugent being close until it was in the press, so it depends. 

Some realistic suggestions for us to sign this January:
Iheanacho- not going to play much for City with the arrival of Gabriel Jesus. Could definitely play the super sub for role for us if when Nugent gets tired in games.
Ben Davies- Not really playing for Spurs because of the brilliant form of Danny Rose. We are arguably just as big as Spurs so we will definitely be able to attract a player of this calibure.
Cesc Fabregas- why not? We could go in for a cheeky loan bid because he is behind Matic and Kante in the Chelsea pecking order. Him and Hughes would run the show in the championship.
Robert Snodgrass- Hull are a much smaller much than Derby and are in disarray at the moment behind the scenes. We have lots of  Scottish players in the squad so it would be an easy transition for him and he would fill the left wing spot.
Benteke- clearly isn't happy at Palace and it's well documented that Big Sam wants him out. He could easily fit into the Chris Martin role.
Daniel Sturridge- Not getting much football at Liverpool at the moment and is clearly in need of first team action. I think it would be an honour for him to come here to work under the former England manager and to get a word of wisdom from Darren Bent
James Rodriguez- world class player and isn't getting much action at Real Madrid. This may seem a bit ambitious and according to my calculations this only has a 5/10 chance of happening. However, he is being linked with a move to China which is a much lower standard than the championship so why not? If I was Mel I'd break the bank to get him and it would help the Derby County merchandise and global support throughout South America which can only be a good thing. We'd make all the money back from shirt sales with a little help from Niall Horan who could persuade one direction fans to buy the shirts. The only doubt over this player is whether he fulfils the Johnny Russell role? Sure he is a good player but if he isn't motivated to run back and defend then I wouldn't sign him.

I'd like to ask a Chelsea to recall Tammy Abraham from Bristol City if possible and send him to us.
They are down near the relegation places yet he has scored 15 goals.

Gallagher indeed is good player but he is on loan from Southampton. Wouldn't be surprised to see him playing PL next season with his parent club. Another good player from their academy.

Russell for his workrate too. A younger Bryson and Martin back would be perfect this window. 

I genuinely can't think of a replacement....Hence my bring back Martin obsession.

Not sure if previsouly suggested but Sam Winall of Barnsley looks decent. Good finisher and can hold on to the ball. Not sure of price but looks a good player.

according to transfermarkt.co.uk worth about £8m, but i know would cost more, but as a CF, his style of play would fit ours to a tee.

I've seen quite a few (notably @Carl Sagan ) mention they'd like Bogle here. Rotherham have apparently just bid 350k for him. Cheap option if Martin isn't able to return. 

Agreed. If Martin can't come back then Ulloa is who'd I go after next. The other target I'd look at would be Afobe.

Another suggestion. Sam winnall of Barnsley? Scored 9 goals for them so far this season so with better service here could do very well
