That page has had over 15,000 hits in the last few weeks, mainly from Derby fans who have checked why things aren;t moving as they should.

A lot of the people involved in this saga are like Charles Dickens characters.
Wayne Rooney is like Pip from 'Great Expectations', Steve Mac - 'the Ghost of Christmas Past'.
'And for Derby County - who did not go bust - old Ashley became a second father. Everyone marvelled in the Premier League that none celebrated the transfer window as well as old Ashley.
God Bless us everyone!

In the history of mankind there’s never been more ways of communication, yet at this moment none are being utilised.

This is why I think Derby and Ashley are a good fit; our expectations are more aligned to his business strategy when it comes to club ownership

I lived in Newcastle during the Keegan years (Owner was Sir John Hall back then). There was a five year waiting list for season tickets (before they extended the capacity). I love Geordies, but their expectations of their football club have never been realistic. They want the moon on a stick and they want it now. They will be protesting outside St James' in the summer if they haven't spent £300m.

Also TBH Newcastle fans expectations are absolutely stellar. They don't understand why they aren't in the Champions League year in, year out.
I read a report a while ago when they were well into the Ashley bashing, and the journo had worked out he would need to spend £1 Billion on players to get into the orbit of Citeh, Man Utd and Liverpool.
Even then - no guarantees of any success at the highest level (look at Everton right now)

And Cheslea owe Abramovich £1 billion. What could possibly go wrong?

Ashley isn't shy of a few quid.
Don't listen to what Newcastle fans say. They spent some good money on players over the years. 40 million on Joelinton, 20 plus million on Callum Wilson, they go on like Mike Ashley bled them dry but their transfer spends over the years suggest otherwise.

Man remembers a childhood/ youth with little trouble, a little inflation may be, strikes, no tinternet, not much to worry about.
Fast foorward 40 years ish and the youth of today will remember, Brexit, Covid, global warming, terrorism, war in Europe, houses they cannot afford. We have not done a great a job for our children and yet they are very inclusive, care for each other differences, much more aware of bigger issues. They deserve so much better.

Have they taken Chelsea off him yet.
Would be one small positive out of all of this is they then go into administration or get demoted to League 1
