Morning, have the Papa John’s tickets 30th August at home v Grimsby gone on sale yet?
If not, any idea when they will be
Couldn’t see it on another thread although some do seem rather to be miscellaneous……..
never thought I’d be so excited about a trophy I’ve barely heard of

I took advice from the guy who does the leather and shoe repairs on the BBC program the work shop, I had to restore the soles and asked the best way to retain their authenticity but to also ensure they would be around in 100 years, I also invested in the UV protective display, Alan is really pleased with what I have done, many of the items that I have within the collection have a high individual value but I would never sell any of it, I have paid thousands of pounds to put it together over a very long time and got to know many of the ex players along the way over the years and have earned their respect so it’s nice when they see the bigger picture of what I am trying to do in preserving the history of the club, John Gregory recently let me take ownership of his collection of Derby shirts, it is my intention to sit down with David Clowes and to take things forward in such a way that we can all benefit and share in the history of the club, had you seen the project has been completed on the Racecourse years shirts ? The collection of five ?
Thank you so much for the invaluable work you’re doing. I really appreciate it.
it would be amazing if the club could have a museum at some stage.
Don’t know about anyone else, but the possibility of DCFC ceasing to exist has made me appreciate these items even more.

Purchased 2 donation tickets; great idea & I really hope it’s a great fundraiser & a good night for all concerned.
Thanks for the support & all the best

Brought tears to my eyes too, particularly the bbq, all the staff & families being there & the resulting work experience for someone’s son.
contrast that to the disastrous joiners episode.
I’m loving this fresh start. Someone started a thread on how exciting it is to be in league 1. I feel exactly the same.
Thank you Mr Clowes

So why could I not find the information for parking at the ground, until I called the ticket office & they talked me through it?
i think it’s politely referred to as user error ……..
glad I called as I was able to ask questions & understand locations etc better - I sometimes struggle with how far I can walk & park in the hotel opposite when needed
i think this will still be the better for me as it’s closer to our entrance than car park A, which I’m trying tomorrow
anyhoo, happy to be giving my money to the club tomorrow & will use it as a trial
my (silly) question & reason for the post, does the money actually go to the club, or the council, as it seemed like the latter when booking

After much anguish I’ve decided not to renew my season ticket. Although my first game was nearly 70 years ago, due to finances and distance I’ve only had a season ticket for 4 seasons. I’m so pleased I managed it for at least a short time.
My health now means I can’t manage the train to Derby from Bristol and back in a day. When I do come to matches it’ll mean staying several days with my daughter and going to games with my son and granddaughters. I can’t always manage this and the expense of season ticket plus train fares is now too much for me.
However, I’ll be there v Oxford with my son and 3 of the kids - in spite of difficulty getting my son’s ticket as they said he was 122 years old so couldn’t purchase an adult ticket!
It’s been a rough old time for the club but I feel things are on the up and I’ll be at PP as often as I can.
That must be difficult for you, but I hope that you enjoy cheering on from Bristol.
You’re still part of the Rams family wherever you are ?
