I was in the hospital with my old man when my exams were taking place, he had two heart attacks and a triple heart bypass just before my exams, not great preparation.

I have had a bad reaction to LCFC's success, in fact the missus has refused to watch the local news because I threw her mobile phone at the TV when they had won the title(breaking both), its hard because the BBC have been absolutely obsessed with showing this **** at every opportunity, nothing about the tax fiddling though.

I have had real lows the last few weeks so i decided Monday that i shall walk myself fit, i decided in my wisdom that due to my weight that running was never going to achieve my goals so i decided that i shall walk a set route each day of this week, i have now covered 44k (27m), it is having a positive effect with my sleeping pattern because i am now going to bed physically tired and not just emotionally, i am really coping which is fantastic.

They may be decent reliable cars, i dont know but its just not cool ... Terrible, need to be thrownin the sea along with austin metro's, cinquecento's & them rovers that came out years ago that look like snide Jags 

My father left about 30 ish nice watches mainly 60's-70's, he kept them in display cases I'll post some pics tomorrow, I added about 20 high end watches to his collection but sold all of them to pay wages. I had the first quartz movement 1310 cal which was also used in the bulova.

I'm with you on that one, for the money omegas are well worth the money, I have sold most of my omegas when funds dried up but I do rate them highly.

so, just to give an update to the hordes of you that messaged me privately, and here publicly, with your concerns and support.
I shelled out £400 on a pretty damned good treadmill from Argos (Reebok ZR9 if you're after a bargain!), and burned off a few calories putting the bloody thing together. I've had three workouts in 3 days and my calves are a bit tight, but I can already feel that I am feeling a bit...no, quite a lot better about myself.
I also got hold of Vitamin D tablets, which have definitely, without doubt, given me more energy in the office at work.

So, firstly, I'm not too proud to admit I took the advice from posters on here, and secondly, thanks to anyone in here who gave a ****, cos I do about others, and it gave me a little bit of a boost that people didn't just slate me for starting this thread.

You can buy SAD lights for your light fitting now, these low energy lights do nobody any favours, it's not worth the yearly 2p saving.
