Steve Nicko in DET
The club was under a transfer embargo at the time the player signed for the under-23s. I understand that runs for the season,

What exactly is the high boot rule in football
There actually is no such rule.
The IS a part of Law 12: "Playing in a dangerous manner "
Law 12 says:
Playing in a dangerous manner is defied as any action that, while
trying to play the ball, threatens injury to someone (including the player
himself). It is committed with an opponent nearby and prevents the opponent
from playing the ball for fear of injury.
A scissors or bicycle kick is permissible provided that, in the opinion of the
referee, it is not dangerous to an opponent.

I could see how it would appeal to. Luke if offered the chance.... Out of contract in the summer, London boy and ex Arsenal player, chance to play for a Arsenal legend.
Hope he stays more chance of game time here though.

What the Admin proposed was Class cram down which is essentially a mixture of both cva and restruct.
This is relatively new only been around for 12 months and been about 10 cases. When put to the EFL they had no idea what it was has their policy on insolvency is 2 years out of date which is contributing to the delay.
