I could see how it would appeal to. Luke if offered the chance.... Out of contract in the summer, London boy and ex Arsenal player, chance to play for a Arsenal legend. 
Hope he stays more chance of game time here though.

What the Admin proposed was Class cram down which is essentially a mixture of both cva and restruct. 
This is relatively new only been around for 12 months and been about 10 cases. When put to the EFL they had no idea what it was has their policy on insolvency is 2 years out of date which is contributing to the delay.

Listening to BAWT last night they said they believe there are more interested parties  than the one's known. They are waiting for the issues to be sorted some may come in then others could go away depending on outcome
