Last paragraph discloses the apparent secret EFL agenda of appeasement - on behalf of MFC - that the EFL has within their ability, actions and inactions (if not power), to cause, finally and fatefully, the expected or assured relegation of DCFC.
I am calling it "Constructive Relegation"; it's an EFL parallel to how employers behave (and eventually get found out of, at Tribunals) when they want to make an unwanted employees' job tenure unpleasant, impossible, frustrating - leading to the person ultimately leaving the job, and then taking it up as a claim and legal grievance.
The EFL needs to deny DCFC' Championship status somehow, to appease the parasites and those who demonise an already-punished club, and who, disgustingly, appear to have a chance of overcoming all penalties.
This is quite evident, when you look at the DCFC / EFL timeline, without being exhaustive...
    * Two years of drawn-out embargoes and the emergence of the EFL dispute with MFC as a motivation to deplete DCFC over and above P&S / FFP penalties.
    * Use of the Chorley FA Cup teenage representatives to invoke 'professional player' status to restrict squad recruitment / retention
    * Failure to apply EFL rules re: 3.5, 4.4, regarding club conduct and discredit / disrepute behaviours, by the parasite clubs
    * Publication of 'alternative' league fixture lists for DCFC & WW to swap League places in different divisions
    * Publishing press releases and statements without reference to DCFC; expressing 'disappointment' about LAP/ IDC judgements
    * Leakage of selective information to gutter press to stoke up the demonisation of DCFC
    * Ambiguity of the status of the parasite claims in terms of creditor preference
    * Blocking PB progress / discouraging bidders due to the above ambiguity
    * Ensuring that admin and legal processes endure throughout the fifth (!) transfer window, in January 2022 in which DCFC has been embargoed.
    * Due to blocking PB progress (and their £5m non-refundable funding deposit) and because of the parasite claim status ambiguity, impelling administrators to undertake desperate player disposals by DCFC, in order to facilitate instant cashflow demands
    * Further weakening of the DCFC team, as a consequence of the above, to hasten poor form and indirectly cause relegation.
The EFL's attitude of deflection, obfuscation, delay and denial makes me very angry and will get called out, if we get relegated or (Heaven forbid) go into liquidation. Constructive relegation is not my paranoia - it is DCFC's ongoing nightmare, a gift from Parry to Gibson.

Wokeism.... was a clearly feeble attempt at a line straddler. Am I calling something woke nonsense, or is it the opposite and I'm suggesting a fear/prejudice against justified wokeness?

None of his business to be honest. Whilst the stadium maybe valued at X, that doesn't mean it can only be sold at X.
Valuation is nothing more than a guide as to what it's worth.

This is an incredible article, one that has taken some actual research to look into, my favourite piece is this.....
Interestingly, if League One was curtailed now and PPG enforced, Wycombe, who are top, would be overtaken by second-placed Wigan and fourth-placed Rotherham and demoted to the play-offs. Fascinating to hear their thoughts if that happened.

It's a great article. Absolutely damning of Boro, Wycombe and the EFL.

My contention about the EFL's position is that just because Boro and Wycombe are football clubs it shouldn't mean that they should be treated as Football Creditors in respect of these claims.
The Football Creditor rule was designed to protect players wages and transfer fees owed to other clubs, not to protect non-debts. The EFL appear to think that any sums claimed by another club should override actual debts owed to charities, local authorities and local traders - it's a bunch of elitists protecting an elite to the detriment of ordinary people. It's shameful.

It was because of a post I made a few posts up.
Hosking was asked if Kirchner was in pole position and he replied "he is in the top 2 or 3", which means there is someone in the top 1.
Very similar to a famous cloughie quote.

I take your point, but probably not a good idea to make like for like comparisons on months of the year. We're in a very different situation to last year with a highly efficacious vaccine and high levels of natural immunity.  We also have a largely opened society and have seen no sustained increase in cases.
This points to HIT being hit for the moment. This threshold could/will change in winter,  absolutely,  but it's not a comparable to last year.  We need to wait and see.
Ultimately though,  there is little evidence for masks in lab tests,  rct trials or in the copious amount of real world data.

It was consensus prior to pandemic that a virus can't be stopped with a cloth or surgical mask.  Nothing has changed on that,  which is why the WHO states the evidence for them is weak.
In the UK, masks were pushed by spi-b the psychological branch of sage, they  became a political issue.
To the person who said I'm talking tosh, please look up the stats, we've been having 15-25% week on week fall in cases for 2 weeks.

Masks don't have any material affect and the inference seems to be that the covid situation is worsening.  Cases are plummeting currently.

It's the publics duty to push back against unevidenced rules. This is akin to the scotch egg with a pint rule, it does nothing other than make us question legitimate rules.

We are definitely going to hit 100,000 cases per day, maybe even as high as 200,000, I saw that from Neil Ferguson, the person in charge of modelling.
Hospitalisations could reach between 2,000 and 8,000 per day SAGE have advised.
So just imagine how many lives wearing your mask in the concourse for 2 minutes is going to save!
