I like the diamond idea but for me,

                                     Bird

                                   Ravel

We need Shinnie so 442 then subs to suit.

Derby County have two 'very serious' takeover bids and Wayne Rooney told to plan triple transfer.

"There is money available apparently and potentially for transfer fees and for contracts for new players, and they are looking for two strikers and an attacking wide midfielder."

Two serious contenders for taking over Derby.

    Get Jags first.

It's always been the way with wingers. They're inconsistent.

In winning, successful teams, the fans are more patient, perhaps because they can afford to be.

In less successful sides, ahem, cough, the fans seem to prefer those who put a foot in than those who try to create.

As a Jozwiak fan, but one who didn't see Saturday's game, I'd also argue in his defence that, even when he's not playing well, he does chase back and "put a shift in".

Joz has not taken his chances to shine. He may pick up a lot when Bielik is back.

Companies like twitter who earn billions of dollars a year without making a profit are a far cry from a mid sized, heavily indebted, english football club that is about to see its income significantly slashed.

Us losing money constantly for almost all of the last 20 years is not going to add value when potential investors are valuing us.

In a few years when we are back in the championship we might be capable of challenging the parachute teams again and there is an outside chance we might eventually get back to the prem, which is the only way we're really going to make any significant return for the investors

If we can get out of the bottom three by the international break then beating a further nine point deduction is not out of the question with 29 games still to play.

The real value of Derby is in its chance of getting to the Premiership via the play offs and the windfall it provides. Becoming a yo-yo club would be my three year target if I was buying it.

EFL is supposed to represent the interests of member clubs. Derby is a member club... in fact a founding member. Would it be too much for a body that represents its members interests to try and help a member in its hour of need?

The 12 point deduction is  an automatic deduction so it's not as if the EFL made any decisons on that, the process is set out in the EFL Rules which are also being followed by the administrators. There is no need for anyone to feel pissed about or "shocked" by that,  in fact is is completly improper for EFL to comment in such a way.

COVID makes automatic penalty seem negotiable to me.

According to Nixon in The Sun on Sunday (24.10.21, pg. 65), Derby County will ask potential new owners to help pay wages. The club will ask certain takeover groups to oversee some ‘soft loans' to help cover wage costs until a permanent buyer is found, which administrators Quantuma hope will be before the end of the year. Buyers will be asked to submit formal offers of around £50m in the coming weeks.

    1) what are buyers getting for 50 million, ownership of the ground?! A huge chunk of the debt paid off?!

    2) what's in it for potential owners, to pay the wages are they guaranteed first rights on the club;

    3) If it continues to look like the club is being relegated, since derbys failing to win matches, then I think the clubs value reduces and I reckon 5 million for a club with this debt level and that's in League One might be worth it

We are clearly not going down if we are  only finally docked 12 points.
