Arthur will be 82 on the 14th December, we play Blackpool at home on the 11th, Someone at the club should organise a early Birthday pressie for him and make him the honourable matchday guest.

I think Kamil Jozwiak is class, he just seems a little lost in the Derby set up. Always plays decent for Poland. Played well in most games this season, could get better when his mate is back in the team.

plymouthram got a reaction from jono in Derby finally accept 21 point deduction.
What ever way you look in to this whether its wrong or right. the current peoples running our club are financial experts who are willing to spend £300k on the appeal costs. They are not gambling like Mel has done with the club, they will put up a very strong case. The EFL put out a statement stating the appeal will be looked at by a elected board to look at Derby's case. The EFL are in a no win situation on this, Covid has caused a lot of business's to go under. Their witch hunt on the Derby led by the whinging chairman of another championship club does not put them in favour with the sports media/press (Daily Mail not included).
I feel we have a strong case, I am quitely confident that our 12 point deduction will be reduced.

Other clubs took loans from the EFL to cover losses during Covid, where Derby could'nt because of not having proof of paying back the loan. It makes me wonder, whether other clubs could go under or in to adminstration when or if they can't pay back the loan.

That loan deal fell through, Plymouth wanted him on loan just till January but Derby wanted him on loan forthe full season, so it did'nt happen.

I think I've got this right. Administration means, somebody comes in to run the club and also helps to find a buyer. The buyer will get the club cheaper than what Mel and Co were hoping to sell for. I think MSD will be involved due to the 2 big loans that they gave the club. EFL have already stated that once they have seen the paperwork confirming the clubs Administration they will deduct 12 points. If they continue to persue the so called charges against the club, there could be further points deducted. So looks likely we could be in League 1.
If the EFL push for the further points deduction, I personally think the media will slaughter them (time will tell).  If we only end up with the 12 point deduction and win against Stoke, we will be on -2points and if the current bottom 3 all lose, we would only be 7 points away from safety with 38 games to play.

You need to get your facts right, Home park football ground is in Central park, the hookers are off the back of Union Street which stretches from the edge of the city centre to an area called Stonehouse (2 miles from the footie ground). Stonehouse is also the area where the druggies are (they go hand in hand with the prostitution). The shootings happened in the Wolseley Road area of the city, the last person shot was the murderer Jake Davison who killed himself in Henderson Place (approx 1.3 miles from the football ground). Jake Henderson was not a Plymothian, his family moved down from Scotland. You mentioned Union street in another ditty, yes that's a poohole to avoid. I have been in Plymouth since the 1970's, yes over 50 years, brought up and lived in Chaddesden(still have family there).
If we do get relegated and have Plymouth to play, any fans want some info, i.e. which pubs to go to, where to avoid etc, I am willing to give you a write up on this forum.

On Plymouth's current form, we could be swapping places. If we do get relegated (most likely now), I hope Plymouth don't, I can walk to their ground in under 4 mins. I'm that close to their ground, I can hear the cheer (very loud) when Argyle score.

I’ve been critical of Mel in his early days, I’ve defended him to the hilt recently on the EFL battle, all on the premise in that he’s sunk his money into the club to try and make us successful and will stand behind us until another custodian takes over. His actions today make him the worst owner in our history (surpassing the three amigos although if they didn’t have a buyer they would’ve done the same without blinking), he is even now on a par with the Oystons at Blackpool!
No one asked him to gamble. It was his decision to, which is fine if you stand behind it. He hasn’t and as a result has run this club into the ground causing financial hardship and lost jobs for some people and sending this club into league 1 with potential to lose all saleable assets and academy prospects which he ploughed cash into for nothing. This club was well run, sustainable and on the brink of the premier league when he took over, it’s now plunging to league 1 with the prospect of some difficult years ahead. Thankfully Forest are also poo as I don’t think i could cope!
I take it all back, this was a vanity project and Mel is a narcissist (proven by the fact he still won’t take any responsibility even now demonstrated by the ridiculous club statement). Like all fans I’m raging, but he hasn’t destroyed the club. We won’t be liquidated, we’re still here, and WE WILL BOUNCE BACK!!
To those going on RD and on Twitter tonight saying I’m embarrassed and ashamed to support Derby hang your heads!! Be Proud!! We are Derby!! Super Derby!! Super Rams!!! ??????
