Arthur Okonkwo would be a decent young (22) goalkeeping option on a free from Arsenal.
He spent last season on loan at Wrexham keeping 14 clean sheets. He has had previous successful loan spells at Sturm Graz, 18 games with 6 clean sheets & Crewe with 26 games and 10 clean sheets.
Watching the Wrexham doc it appears them signing him last season was a real coup as he was so highly rated

I like that Warne has been quite ruthless though, gives him more budget space to bring in his own style of players which the likes of Waggy, Smith n Hourihane werent.
We have 17 first team players, 18 if you include Brown. But id say Brown, Rooney, Robinson & Fornah need a loan so thats down to 14 really so thats at least 12 new signings needed imo.
We are clearly very short on numbers now for GK, CM & FWD.

I assume he'd be going to Birmingham as they'll be keeping the squad and spending 50 million according to their knuckle draggers. Don't tell them their restricted to spending 75% of turnover on the players including wages and burst that bubble and 50% the following year.

Thorne should never have played vs Ipswich, wasnt worth the risk.....same for Mount vs Acc Stanley.
Nigel Pearson should have been given at least a full season, but then McClaren shouldnt have been sacked when he was the 2nd time around.
Simon Dawkins should have played more for us.

You'd get 9 assists playing in a team which scores so many from corners when you take every single one of them. Stats are nothing without context.
Legs have gone, he was a liability. We improved immensely when Warne finally realised it.

John Eustace was s**** and Omar Mascarell was 10x the player. Robbie Savage single handedly ruined James Bailey's career. For 1 month, we had the most elite strikeforce the club has ever seen in Junior and Mat Svensson. John Brayford left us as the best right back in the Championship for the Premier League. Having failed, he dropped to Nigel Clough in League One rather than return to the Championship. He wasted his entire career following Clough around like a lost puppy. Tom Ince wasn't lazy, he just was tasked with doing different things to Ward/Russell - including playing 90 mins rather than getting subbed off after 60/70min.

Will Hughes is a fairly average player. Greatly overrated by most Derby fans.

If Sam Rush hadn't sacked Nigel we would be in the Premier League now and wouldn't have had to go through administration
