I think it is basically about the poor communication. Kirchner was happy to communicate via Twitter when it was all going well and looking positive.
However, now that there are obstacles in the way - whether they are genuine delays at the bank or doubts about actual funding - he has gone completely silent. Aggressively so, in the case of Dan Roan. He didn't even tweet about his beloved golf at the recent event.
That silence has made people wonder if he really is the real deal or an Alonso type tyre kicker.
I think he does genuinely want to buy the club but it does not auger well when he cannot resolve a money transfer which, even at 20 million, is relatively small in such business circles.
The other thing about the communication issue is that it's easy to communicate when things are going well but it's relatively of little value. It's actually when things are not going so well that people are more desperate for information. That's when we would appreciate more briefings. We want to know what's happening.
I still want Kirchner's bid to succeed. I think it's the best chance to keep the academy, Rooney and some of the feel good atmosphere from last year. Though the longer this drags on, the more that feeling is being eroded.
So, even I have lost a lot of my enthusiasm for CK. My second choice would be Appleby/Morgan/Clowes. Sorry MA, you're in next to last place but still preferable to liquidation.

I'm seeing others say similar; there are really only two reasons CK will not be the next owner of Derby County: 
1. He actually turns out to be a money launderer and they seize his funds. 
2. Someone out-bids him and pays more for the club/debts/bills/etc.

Side note (that will likely get me slagged a wee bit here): 
Q have been just fine as admins, and the fees they will be paid will be inline with other administrations/etc. They have not hampered anyone from making acceptable bids, they have not deliberately slowed the process from being complete. The only 'favorites' they have picked is the ONLY person to present a viable offer and signed the paperwork. 
 
Again: if ANYONE else wants to table a bid that matches or is better than CK's I will be delighted!

Yeah but no different to when clubs send money to each other. I think with this being from his personal account to a brand new account for the first time is probably scrutinised more

He has said where his money is from already? And I agree in regards to him going quiet on twitter not helping.
From what I understamd he tried sending the money around bank hol but wasnt able to clear it so then had to wait until the bank holidays had gone to resend it Mon 6th. He tweeted that he believed it was now resolved, I believe that relates to how the money had to be sent.
I am sure he knew it would require AML checks like all big transactions do (i think), just not that it would be held up this long. Seems like nobody saw this issue coming not just him?
