After the EFL statement yesterday and news today about Festy , coupled with poor communication by the admin , the scavenging at our carcass by boro and Wycombe and generally no support from the other clubs themselves ( their fans aside). I feel absolutely deflated! I feel we are unfortunately at the end of the road and I feel gutted writing this as I hate being negative, as fans we have been a beacon of hope it this absolute poo show this season and Rooney has restored pride to name pride park when many like lampard , rowett and Mclarren are considered snakes for jumping ship! But I feel unless the sports minister takes a stand properly and doesn’t just say the word “Pragmatic “ on repeat and money can be made be generated by rich and famous fans to get a good lawyer to take this case to high court where we get a fair say. All I see is a kangaroo court , bidders pulling out and liquidation and over 130 years of history gone.
what Mel has done , Pearce and the Administrators continue to do is destroy the foundations of which we hold dear! They’re not just destroying a club, it’s history , but it’s culture , pride and heart of Derby as a city and family and home and community of  the people who attend pride park in their numbers! ?

Well this is it. The start of the last round of the fight for our survival. The gloves are well and truly off now. EFL have drawn their line in the sand. For Quantuma the only option is to somehow make sure we’ve got enough in the pot to survive the season (maybe this is why they sold Kellyman because the game has clearly changed) and get this through the High Court ASAP. In the meantime MPs Team Derby some of our friends in the media (Colin Murray), our celebrity fans, and the fans protesting, spamming all social media platforms to further bring to everyone’s attention what a spiteful shameless and shambolic organisation the EFL is.
The administrators have come in for a lot of criticism understandably, but tonight’s EFL statement has shown exactly what they are up against.

This now a race against time and it’s all about cash. Whether or not we have enough funding to come out of this triumphant with a bloody nose or we get beaten to death.
We’ll fight to the end! ??????

Curly Sue just wants us dead because he's a psychopath who wants revenge on MM. He's not bothered either way about getting a penny from us. It's simply about hate. Arbitration will get us nowhere as it'll be 2 vs 1 against.
We have to go for court pronto. Wycombe's case is laughable....Boro's is simply without precedent so is the worrying one. If we lose, football goes haywire as it's open season...so EFL will have to change the rules immediately but that won't be any consolation as we'll likely be liquidated.
Pray for Nick de Marco again.

We need a court injunction to prevent the EFL from carrying out pre-emptive action to kick us out of the league. Then we take the parasites' cases to court and get them shown up for what they are. A PB is immediately aware what the club will cost, debts can be paid, the club comes out of administration and the restrictions are relaxed. In the meantime, the EFL are disbanded and Boro miss out on promotion (again) thus putting them into a significant risk of failing FFP and starting next season on - points. Simples!

I meant to say....it has to go through the legal process, rather than any EFL arbitration process.
We've been there, done that. The EFL "independent panel" found in our favour. The EFL didn't like that ruling so they overrode it.
    Let's not do that again.

I know there's a similar thread to this, and I agree with many of the points raised on there, but the emphasis on that thread is to crowd fund a legal case. Even if it raised enough money, it's hard to know where to begin raising a case. Besides, it would all take longer than we have.
So I believe it's really up to the Administrators, themselves, to undertake the legal action.
Clearly the EFL are not fit for purpose. They keep restating their position but they never explain how - under their unpublished rules - an unresolved claim is treated the same as a confirmed debt.
I'm no expert but there's another thread which lays out the legal position. Basically, the EFL's case is at odds with the law.
So why, if those claims are preventing anyone making a bid for the club, aren't the Administrators talking legal action to throw those claims out?
Before anyone says the Administrators are acting on behalf of the creditors, without a buyer for the club, those creditors will miss out on their monies being repaid.
Rams Trust, Black & White Together and the Punjabi Rams have meetings with the Administrators. They - and others on here - have access to the campaigning MPs.
So, please could they - at the very least - ask why the Administrators won't take it to court?
And, if they're not satisfied with the answer please demand action.
I am not within the catchment area of the MPs but will join an email campaign to them, the Sports Minister or anyone else that could influence this.
It's gone on long enough. It's now on the Administrators to settle this. The EFL are too inept to resolve it.
Administrators act on behalf of the creditors and ensure a buyer for the club so that those creditors get their debts settled.

Giving us another mountain to climb next season as well.
I would still take that and have our team to support .
This really is a depressing time.
I thought all the shenanigans in the 80’s were bad but this is on another level.
I have my tickets for the Hull and Peterborough games and will cheer the Rams on and for 90 minutes you can forget all EFL stuff and enjoy the real reason we love football.

Not wishing to be a gloom merchant but if we do manage to stay up then there are still issues:
We have 5 (ish?) players in contract after this season finishes and our best academy prospects picked off. Those players out of contract are currently free to sign a pre-contract with other clubs.
Rooney keeping us up would mean he would have a decent chance of any Premier League job he fancied and he would possibly see it as he'd earnt his managerial wings and would fancy a step-up.
All this still relies on a new owner and getting out of admin without a -15 deduction next season, but even with a new sugardaddy owner how much could really be spent under P&S? Would it be enough to fund the 10 to 15 players needed just to be competitive in the Championship and what manager could we entice/afford to take on such a big task?
(This post is not advocating a drop to League One as a solution)

To be fair it mostly started off with Sibley, who had kept his cool in the face of repeated provocation from the minute he came on.
It was only at the final whistle when, he start to lose his cool in the face of some pretty ridiculous taunting from Colback and Samba.
I have sympathy with him as the ref should have got a grip on it as soon as it started!

He's the most dangerous passer in the league from the edge of the box. Get him fit and playing, in and around the box he's extremely threatening. Problem when he plays he always seems to have to come deep to collect the ball to progress. Now Bielik is back, you would hope that progression is present in both Bird and Bielik to give Ravel that creative freedom.

It's not beyond the realms of possibility that we stay up but then end up in League 2 after liquidation if this whole matter drags and drags as I can see it happening.
