This club needs a manager at the helm for at least 3 years! Look at the Nigel Clough years. He built a club over time, and eventually, it was that team that took us to Wembley. We need to give Warne time. I’m sick of the Mel years of hire and fire! We need stability and Clowes and Warne are the men to take us forward!

Thought experiment: imagine Warne is pushed or jumps ship over the summer after only a part season. That would leave us with one of the all-time 'what ifs', especially if his replacement struggles.
This demand for immediate results is exactly what got Derby in the s*** in the first place.
We need to hold our nerve and not sound like a load of little girls.

Not a bad season overall, plenty there to build from and the ship has been steadied, but it's an absolutely bitter way for the season to finish. It's so so naive from an experienced player to do that in such a huge game, pathetic reaction from the Wednesday player, hopefully they'll fail the playoffs. 
Onwards to next season, hopefully we can bring in more players to deepen our squad.

Define talent! On our day we could beat anyone, but the relentless Tuesday, Sat, papa johns trophy, nature of the league has shafted us. We need legs to complement the quality in the squad! Look at Plymouth and Ipswich, all in theirs 20s with legs! That’s what we need in this league. As you go through the leagues, the intensity decreases. 

He's not been 'massive' for us, so if we can get a decent fee that's good.

I think PW is exactly the right man for us at the moment. With a very limited budget, under-performing players and players that aren't 'his' I think he did pretty well.
If we can have a proper run at next season I feel we could really have a chance of automatics if we can keep hold of Bird, Knight, etc.

Not a lot. Squad he didn’t pick which was clearly not well rounded or had much depth. Some good, some bad. About it really.

Bloke has been mediocre and nothing special. That might change when he can buy his own players but 1 word to sum up this season is ‘meh’

i just do not think he fits our style as a club at all and he has a small club mentality
 
he was succesful at rotherham for a reason ( doing fine without him by the way)
 
there is no long term success with warne in my eyes
