Sadly, in the last 40 years, we have let the market decide our housing policy.
By 'market' I mean of course large construction companies who build house for profit not need. If they built enough houses to alleviate the crisis they wouldn't be able to sell them for enough profit.

We could confuse the opposition and sing their songs with them.
Join in with their chants about their own rivals.
Could be fun and we'd make a lot of friends instead of pi55ing other fans off with a  'bigger than you' mentality.

Not really administration related but there was some messages in here about what Kirchner said in improving the match day experience so I'll stick my thoughts in here.
I'm aware this suggestion is not going to please a lot of people that sit in these areas but I would close the corners of the ground now relegation is confirmed for next season.
With lower attendances expected I feel this would improve the look and feel of the stadium. People in the south west and north east corners will therefore sit in the south, east, north and west stands making the ground feel fuller and also improving the look of games on tv. I'm aware there wont be many games on tv next season but fans watching highlights and seeing an empty north stand aren't going to think they are missing out on much. If money allows it, maybe ST holders that were asked to relocate could get a £50 rebate on a 23/24 season ticket
Long term if the club is once again stable the first thing I would do if I was Kirchner is knock down the north west corner and build another south west style corner, the north west is a horrible eye sore and the non symmetry of the west stand as a whole is ugly. Lastly the idea of a Pride Plaza stuck onto the side of the east stand is a huge no, just look at Coventrys casino and there in tells you the answer. By all means build things around the ground but please no do not attach any buildings to the ground.

All the very best for the coming season and beyond.I hope Rooney sticks by you with a decent owner on board he has a good a chance as anybody to get you back up.Your fans have been superb through this crap period.Things can change very quick in football and sometimes for the better, look at us in the so called best league in the world the Premier league for another season.Although my opinion of  the PL ( I’ve missed 2 games this season )is it’s the fatal attraction of clubs who risk everything to get to the tv cash when for us fans it’s a bland predictable bore fest unless you are a top 4 club the rest just make up the numbers.I won’t shed a tear when we eventually get back to the championship a far better and more competitive league to play in.Hope to be playing you at Pride Park again soon.

Derby fans taking delight in Birmingham's plight should be ashamed. Yes, I'm well aware of the 'party' chant, but confident that's the empty vessels speaking the loudest.
Don't stoop to their level. No football fan deserves what we are going/have gone through.
    Not even Millwall.

I don't think I have ever bought any food or drink at the ground in 30 years. It's overly priced, poor quality commercial food and drink. If there was a fan zone with Street Food and a range of beverage options, I would have. Agree with the comments about match day experience for families too, it's poor.
Other sports do a much better job of giving people a reason to come early and stay later. I think the club needs to move away from the concept of making money from the fans to giving fans a fun day out. People will spend money if they're happy and having fun and be more inclined to tell their friends and come back.
All the suggestions would also help to build the atmosphere for when the match starts too. Get people in, build the buzz and when people filter into their seats, keep it simple and focus the energy on cheering on the team.
There's so much opportunity when you start to think about it.

Never could get into U2, music is Ok but Bono's voice is too strangulated for me.
Also, I prefer to listen to albums rather than individual songs so for me it's Victorialand and Treasure back to back (Cocteau Twins) followed by Ultra (Depeche Mode)

It's a terrible question, in that if you asked me every day for a year, I'd give you 300+ answers!
So much of the enjoyment of music is down to mood, environment, company, etc, that I find it hard to believe people who can name the one song and stand by it.

it shouldn't matter if CK has wealth or not. We should be aiming to be a club that could be owned and stewarded by fans/community, which would require the club to be self-sustaining. For all MM's faults, his vision for the academy, and how it would fund the club going forward, if executed properly, could and would've worked.
I said under GSE, and to Mel Morris' face at breakfast-gate, I don't want owners pumping millions into the club, I want sensible management and excellent coaching to be the driving force to success. Throwing money at it only papers over ever-growing cracks.
If CK comes in, doesn't spend a dime, but doesn't put the club in further debt and maintains or improves our standing in footballing terms, that's fine by me.

"This returns us to the medieval corruption of the church, which sold indulgences to the rich while preaching hellfire and continence to the poor. [Mother Teresa] was not a friend of the poor. She was a friend of poverty. She said that suffering was a gift from God. She spent her life opposing the only known cure for poverty, which is the empowerment of women and the emancipation of them from a livestock version of compulsory reproduction."

Re: the tweets I’ll just add one thing.
Pretty sure I’ve mentioned before that I’ve worked with LGBT community orchestrating events at a venue in the city I live. Whilst I’m not part of the community, and I can’t speak for them, I’ve had quite a few experiences and can take a guess. If there’s one thing that will annoy people who are LGBT as much as the tweets themselves, is that football fans are dragging their community into something using 10 year old tweets from someone they will not care about. I loathe to say it’s the idea of virtue signalling, but this is of no benefit to that community it’s just showing them potentially upsetting material to ‘one up’ against another football team. It’s using them essentially, when people within that community just want to live a normal hassle free life.
Im uncomfortable with the tweets, Im uncomfortable with some stuff he’s been tweeting recently too to be honest. But it can be dealt with by being sincerely apologetic so he can draw a line under it.
