The number of good characters in the dressing room has increased dramatically. They can't play football together very well, but in training they have a right laugh with each other.

It seems like he spent the whole of pre-season doing running drills or practising set pieces. Struggling to think of anything in the team apart from attacking set pieces that looks like it has improved from last season.

Went with being on the edge of wanting him out. I really hope he can turn it around, but there's not much he's done in the past 4 or 5 months to fill me with confidence that he will. Warne's teams are supposed to out work everyone; he pretty much told us that himself, but at the end of last season and the beginning of this, more often than not I find myself thinking 'the opponent just seemed to want it more' and by the 70th minute our lot are out on their feet.
And it's still crazy to me that he watched us last season, and after losing McGoldrick decided that moving our next biggest threat NML away from the wing, without massively improving the forward areas with signings, was the move to make.

I've had to be honest.
Whilst my head says give him the rest of the season, I know how I'll be feeling if I am watching the same level of football over the next few weeks.
So I've voted to review at Christmas, whilst hoping there won't be a need to review because we have massively improved in the meantime. I still think one or two of the right type of signings and that could happen.

Much better, but still plenty to improve on. The defence was fantastic, Wildsmith looked back to his best and not as nervy, Thompson was brilliant, Waghorn looks a top player at this level and NML on the wing just changes the whole team for us ... he's always an option for the midfield and their left back is terrified to get forward and leave him free. They often doubled up on him leaving space for one of the centre mids which meant we had a bit more control than in previous games.
