1977 Ram Raider

I had a zx81 first, then a 48k Spectrum (as pictured), followed by a 128k Spectrum then an Amiga 500 before moving onto consoles and PCs.
The 48k Spectrum was the favourite of my retro gaming days - loads of great games for its time. 
Do you recall listening to the god awful screeching loading sound for 5 mins, all the way to the end of the loading time only for it to fail?  Then adjusting the tone/volume dials slightly hoping it would work the next time.  Happy days 😛 

Spectrum 48k. If you were rich you had the 128k with a built in tape deck. Paperboy was the game to have on this system.

You can only beat what’s put in front of you, hopefully this will be a huge morale boost for the players. 

I want him gone, because I don't believe that is going to make the changes required to be successful. He will always revert to type regarding formation and setup and it will always take us backwards when he does it.
One off games where we actually look quite good merely serve as a reminder of what the squad can do before we revert back to unimaginative dirge.
I'm pleased we won, but for my mind to be changed Warne needs to play round pegs in round holes and take the handbrake off.

186 championship games under his belt. Only 29 in league one. Not sure if your comment is serious, but he's got more championship experience than plenty of our current squad.

Barkhuizen with some neat footwork and curls a shot over from just inside the area is our last chance.
Finishes 1-1. Deflating to concede late on. Wasn’t a “good” performance by a long stretch but also don’t feel it was as bad as some others do. A draw seems a fair result in reality and one I’d take against a side that have been on a good run and have a great defence. 
Positives seeing Sibley, Wilson, Barkhuizen back on the pitch. Embleton did ok. Something to build on for the next games now.

Looking forward to this after a pretty crap week. Was in two minds about attending following a family bereavement, but hoping to be distracted in a good way for a couple of hours. UTRs.

I would like to say I’ve proven myself to be pretty spot on a lot of times this summer. It’s your choice to listen or not but all these snarky comments that I’m receiving are not really needed when all I’m doing is passing on information that I’m told. 

So now we are done for this transfer window, unless we get any free agents in, how do we feel about our squad...

Obviously some players can play other positions (e.g Waggy & Sibley can play across the 3). I put Sibley on the right purely to show 2 in each position.
Squad of 24 plus the likes of Bardell, Robinson & Brown to potentially step up from the academy.
I personally think if we stick to this formation, it suits our players & its good enough for top 2.

Why have we took on a player who’s injured and about to serve a 3 game ban. Not played since December, I’m not liking the sound of this. Someone give some positives about him please. 

He’s not injured anymore, he’s 24, he’s experienced promotion from league one twice before and during Sunderland’s promotion season he had 14 goal involvements from midfield (8 goals and 6 assists in 38 games). Last year before his injury he played in 23 games and had 2 goals and 2 assists.
He adds depth to the squad, is “the right age”, and has done it at this level before. It’s potentially a good signing, could also be a rubbish signing, just wait and see I guess 🤷🏻‍♂️
