Fair play to Joz made a big difference when he came on 

2 goals and assist, brilliant performance from waggy. Especially after clattering into the back post earlier on, thought that was going to be game over for him

How on earth is he still managing this football club after the last 2 months. Abject failure from the top down to the coaching staff.

At this point I wouldn't trust Rooney with metal cutlery let alone DCFC. Get him gone. 

He needs to get sacked regardless. Bielik gave us a fighting chance, not Rooney.

I was all for giving him a chance over the journeymen managers.
I was wrong. The squad is poor but they're not as bad as they've played this season.
No, I don't want a Pullis, Hughes or whatever but there are enough positive suggestions on the 'alternative' thread.

Yes, it was being suggested that Jozwiak was making wrong decisions despite being well coached. I meant that players right through the team are making poor decisions,  are they all doing this despite being coached well? 
I think there are lots of inadequacies in the coaching, which are reflected in poor performances on the pitch and I don't subscribe to the idea that the players aren't any good.
Whitaker is just an example of that. Okay, he's a fringe player at Swansea but did you hear Steve Cooper talking about him after the game? No surprise he's making good progress there.
Whereas I see Knight, Sibley, Bird, Buchanan going backwards here. Breaks my heart.

I really can't stand the thought of Rooney being our manager next season.

Wow! Just wow! I think today we’ve hit a new low. For 63 mins it was a decent performance, everything was right. The intent was there in attack and defence, but then we’ve chucked the game away. Again. It’s not ability it’s mental fragility. I think today (today only) the blame is more on the Players. Our record when taking the lead until recent weeks is outstanding, think we’ve lost 3 games in about 5 years when scoring first, we’ve lost 3 in 2 weeks when scoring first.
The worst thing is today is it’s about as experienced a line up as we could put on the pitch and we didn’t have the mental toughness to see it through. Fozzy was horrendous today, Byrne wasn’t great either  apart from setting up Lawrence’s goal. Waghorn didn’t turn up.
The only positive is despite losing 6 in a row (I don’t think we’ve done that since the premier league season) we might still have a chance to survive by drawing next week.
It really is last chance saloon next week. Hopefully Rotherham don’t beat Luton and it’s in our hands going into the last game. 
 
We lose 7 in a row - we 100% deserve to be relegated.
But if we stay up, Rooney probably keeps his job and we have all the same problems next season. He needs to go whatever happens!!

None of the players out there today deserve to be considered for player of the year - vote for Bielik (who prevented us being relegated months ago so) and send a message to these spineless muppets…. 

I hate him with every fibre of my existence. He’s the worst manager we’ve had in my 30 years on this earth. Words fail me at how tragically unqualified, unprepared, unbothered and unskilled he is for this job. 
We were down as soon as Bielik was. The painful death and the tiny glimmer of faith in football is what makes it excruciating. 
I despise him and Mel’s obsession with celebrity that has brought us to this point. What a hopeless state of affairs. I’m angry, hurt and appalled.

There is still hope.  There is every chance an exhausted Rotherham will fail to win on Tuesday, leaving us needing just a point against Sheff Wed.  We saw how poor Sheff Wed were today.... it's definitely possible, even playing as poorly as we are.
Either way Rooney has to be sacked as soon as the season ends. 

Woeful. The fact we go into the last game of the season needing a win to guarantee safety is shocking. Every player and member of the coaching staff should be ashamed of their efforts this season. Embarrassing. 
 
Regardless of what happens next weekend Rooney should not be in the dugout for our first match next year. Rosenior and Given need to disappear. The squad needs gutting. 

Wayne Rooney is one of the worst managers we've ever had surely?

Mel Morris practically begged for it this season. Didn't fund the striker for Cocu at the start of the season, appointed a rookie coaching team who were apart of the previous manager's setup, pissed about with the takeover causing all sorts of problems and has now decided to stick with Rooney for the run in. He couldn't have done much more to send us down if he tried.
