Men in the gym changing rooms who are a bit too uninhibited.
I'm no prude but sometimes I swear it feels like I'm an extra in some soft flick.

I'm happily married, early 40's & certainly no Brad Pitt but do try & look after myself.
I've never cheated and never will but I have to admit it does give me a spring in my step when I get checked out at the gym or out & about.

When you watch a current entertainment programme on the telly and as if by a miracle there is no sign of James Corden anywhere. Ahhhhhhhh what a refreshing change. I've turned a negative into a positive.

    Ordinary working people/families.
I mean the phrase, rather than the people. You hear it all the time. To me it just sounds patronising that politicians make out they empathise with the stresses and problems of their voters by calling them "ordinary".

    Ebay
So i bought my daughter a phone from Ebay, now Ebay's rules and regulation continually test my patience but this one really took the biscuit, so i won an Auction for a mobile which wasn't a great price but i still paid instantly through Paypal, i noticed on the listing in "My Ebay" that the transaction was cancelled by the seller without a reason, the cnut had relisted the phone with a reserve about £80 above what i had paid, the short of the story was it is going to take 14 days to reclaim my money, so not only is Ebay/Paypal holding funds, i cannot leave this idiot any feedback.

Men's voices on satnavs. It just seems so much more natural to be constantly told what to do by a woman.

I was looking into SJW for some time but ultimately decided to try 5HTP.  I am about a month into using it now and have been pleasantly surprised by the results.  The number of good days has grown and now outweighs bad days by a good margin.  Sleep has also improved greatly, from 3 to 4 hours a night now I am looking at 6 to 7 hours.  It seems a little less prohibitive than SJW in terms of what you can take at the same time (although I am on nothing else), and also does not seem to have the potential side effects either.  I bought online from Natures Best or something like that.  it recommends to take between 1 and 3 tablets a day (I have stuck to two, one in morning, one before bed) for 3 months, then stop taking and see what the effect is.  I will let you know when I get there.  I was getting desperate for some respite from low mood, anxiety and sleep issues.  These are helping no end.

Wow I was literally now going to ask if anyone had experience of the effectiveness of St John's Wort.
I am certainly not claiming to be depressed but over the last few weeks I have been experiencing occasional days of low mood. Sometimes I don't realise it until the next day when I wake up fine and other times I know I'm being a miserable bar steward but can't seem to do anything about it. Then I get angry with myself for not being able to snap out of it. I haven't experienced it before - it's like it feels like I'm under a blanket or something & I'm trying and failing to lift it off me.
Mrs Wolfie has suggested taking SJW but I have no experience of it. I was once on anti-anxiety medication 10 years or so ago but don't really like popping pills. I weaned myself off that medication as soon as I felt I was able to and am wary of taking anything I might become dependent on.
I'd be grateful for any feedback on SJW or other herbal stuff.

I've worked in animal rescue shelters since 1998 and the number of dogs we've rehomed that have had to be returned due to sudden behavioural issues that the new owners were seriously concerned about I can count on one hand. Most rescue dogs just require firm and consistent training, an understanding of each individual animal's behavioural problems by the prospective owner and a long term commitment to implement these.
My bug bear is thick people who get pups such as Akitas then let them do what they want and 6 months later when it's the size of a lion and all over the shop and they can't cope they expect rescue centres to take them in and miraculously turn them into an instant rehomable proposition overnight. Jeez. Brains in their arses.
Also people who ring up and say they are moving house and can't take a dog so can we take it from them. Not a problem with this at all, that's what we are here for. Then you ask, "when are you moving?".
    "Tomorrow" comes the reply.
Presumably they've known about their impending move for more than one day so why not ring once they had found out?! It would give us time to find and allocate space.
Then we say we cannot take it, it will have to go on the waiting list as there is no room at the centre and then you get abuse and the "you're supposed to care about animals aren't you?" line.
P*** off you waste of space.
    Please.
