Friday 6th May 2022.
1 x Aberdeenshire Ram attended this weekend.
I caught the over night megabus from Aberdeen to Meadowhall. Set off at 17:45 Thursday night and arrived in Meadowhall at 04:10. I then caught the first train to Sheffield followed by the first train to Derby arriving in Derby about 07:00.
I went straight to Pride Park to take some early morning photos.
The afternoon was spent in The Silk Milk followed by the Worm Has Turned before enjoying seeing The Wedding Present supported by Liines at the Derby Venue.
Saturday 7th May 2022. Derby County 0 Cardiff City 1 (Hughill 55)
I spent the morning wandering around Derby with a stop off at Uncle Toms Cabin for a Roll with Sausage and a black tea. I had a look in the window of 80s Casual Classics shop and recognised a book. I popped into the church and enjoyed a wonderful display of doves hanging from the ceiling. Strolled passed the Dolphin and The Silk Mill and popped by The Museum. Loved the walk along the river seeing a bloke paddle boarding and a few rowing teams on the river. I arrived at the ground and saw Radio Derby were chatting to Adam Bolder, so I had a quick chat with Adam before entering East Stand Lower Block D, Turnstile 33-38, Stair 36, Row NN, Seat 317 to see Derby County play their last game in The Championship before life in Division One.
I met up with my mates after the game and drank the Saturday night away in The Smithfield, The Exeter, Seven tars and The Greyhound. Early start on the Sunday included the National Express bus at 07:15 to Luton Airport via Leicester and with a flight back to Aberdeen at 17:15, arriving back into Aberdeen at about 18:30.

Where will we be in ten years time? At Pride Park in the championship? At the New Baseball Ground (Chaddesden Park) competing in the World Super League? Not have a ground and ground sharing with Oakwood Dynamics for ten friendlies a season?
That's not a quick question, it's 4 long questions.
What is it?..........(a quick question)
it is it........(a quick answer)

See How High we can go.
and to celebrate by going to see The Charlatans in Aberdeen tonight.
and pray to God that we haven't been takenover by The Charlatans.
Hey Country Boy.......what are you sad about.......
And when I get home from the gig I hope to find out that this years Play Off Championship Final is an all Yorkshire tie!

With me been a Hull boy and a bit lost in Aberdeen.
I would say I'm hungry, likes a bit of cheese, and an apple, a keen lad that weighs under 10 stone, hence the Adam Bolder likeness. Did you see what I did there!
I chatted with him before the Cardiff City game, he now lives where I was brought up, so the connection is a good one.
And we both coach Under 12's and I know he loves his Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas from Bob Carvers and admires the Humber Bridge. Good to get up high, when it's a bit wet below.
So yeah and I can play in goal also, so again I am the Andy Oakes in that position, who also played for Hull City and like me is hAndy in goals and likes Trees, no hang on that's not right..............I spoke to Andy and his wife on tour, can't remember if it was in Belgium / Holland, more probably Estonia / Finland and maybe Adam was there too, but I had a lot to drink and more importantly I'm still here, alive, fit and always ready and available to play for free for Wayne and Derby County.
Just let us know what day the medical is, so I can set my loud alarm clock.
Anyone got any spare socks, or better still a pair of socks, because my washing machine seems to eat socks, or whenever her indoors feeds the washing machine, I only ever get one sock back.......................or sometimes when my lucks in, I get the second one back a month later, but then can't find the first one, to put them back together again!
But don't let the sock thing put you off my availability for selection!
Up The Hully Gully Aberdeenshire Rams.

I will drag, kicking and screaming, The Uttox massif out of the pub early to make sure they pay homage to my boyhood heroes. They'll moan like buggery about having one less pint but we are stopping in town after so I'm sure they'll make up for it.
Fancy meeting up for a pint or two. Photos with the Aberdeenshire Rams & Uttoxeter Rams flag together?
Saturday morning I will be in the Silk Mill, Tap, The Exeter etc. Not sure where after the game, if interested, I'll PM you my details.

Where are you drinking in Derby Saturday morning before the game (12:30 ko)?
If you fancy a pint and a photo with the Aberdeenshire Rams flag etc I will be in Silk Mill, then that Craft Ale pub on the corner that sells the Paolo Wanchope Beer, just before The Exeter etc or a catch up after the game?. If interested I'll PM details etc.
