Morrison and Lawrence keep coming deep because Bird and Shinnie can’t do any playmaking. Then they look forward and there’s no one there. No support anywhere near Colin. Forsyth stood in the left wing for no reason because we haven’t dared pass to him. Byrne’s best attribute is bombing on and Ebosele on the same side is stifling that. Rooneyball is aids. Problems at the club or not, this side should be more coherent than this. 

Individually I don’t think we’re too bad.
Tactically it’s just so naive though!

More than one dimensional even I’m sitting here and know exactly what we are going to do. You can’t keep going through one side the other wing is basically redundant 

It's not a good tactic though is it. It just drags our midfield wide out of position and leaves a gaping hole in the middle of the pitch. Then Morrison and Lawrence, two attacking players who need the ball high up the pitch, have to keep coming deep. 

I have seen Wazza’s new style…bore the opposition to death ?

Other than Ebosele we look toothless now. Players dropping deep for the ball meaning we have 4 deep midfielders at times and 2 centre backs not willing to carry the ball. Game gone to sleep.

It's a Rooney tactic. One of those comes deep, full back pushes up and deep lying CMs go to full back. Meant to pull them out and mess with their press. Does leave us exposed up front though and reliant on balls over the top to Ebosele. Little bit one dimensional

Indeed, it doesn’t play to any of the players strengths.
Only Max bird is doing well and the rest are struggling.

Our midfield just isn’t right. Lawrence and Morrison are just not getting enough ball; accordingly we struggle to get out of our half. Very frustrating because with a better system we’d be far more fluent; instead we look disjointed and flakey. 

Cannot believe Lawrence is our captain and still at our club. He is horrific, one of the worst I’ve seen. 

Not having a great game today but I rate him generally.

If we structure every single attack through ebosele,it's going to be a tad predictable.

We need to mix it up a little.

They’re scared of Ebosole. Posh could end the match with 10 men If we use that flank more.

Planned move.....we wonder what they work on in training.

Great to have ebosele starting but it looks like a typically safe,conservative Rooney line up.
Hopefully see Sibley on pretty rapidly if we don't create enough  goals from Rooneys natural instinct to concentrate on crosses from the wing instead of creative play in and around the box.
Should be a spicy one with Jack starting and looking to prove a point but hopefully he's not match sharp or fit quite yet....if he is is,he may cause us some problems.

As expected really apart from Festy who deserves a chance after his performance the other night. 
Shinnie Bird hasn’t really clicked yet, Pushing Bird a bit further forward might help the balance, but I doubt this will happen.
