Driving wedding cars. Not the chav limos but the proper smart older classics. This has always been my dream job since my childhood friends dad used to do it in his Austin Princess.

Only saw a bit of it by mistake. But a guy tonight in a pink suit had a good voice and a decent song. He also had a woman dressed as a cat, voguing. Then I switched over.

As soon as I knew blah blah were interested it was a no brainer. Yeah no end of footballers have no brain

spine of the team
particularly grating - ‘the man at the helm’. You’re not boating!

I'd imagine you'll only have a week or so, if that? 🤷♂️
Wouldn't surprise me to be up and running by next Monday, now we know what league we'll be in? They'll have already sorted the pricing out, behind the scenes.
I should think there’ll be a window where existing seats are held. Well I hope so. I need a bit of time to get it out of my system

I’m pretty sure I’ll renew. But I’m glad of the break right now. By the end of the season the time wasting, players sitting down to stop the game, the baffling officials being so bad, all made me pretty sick of it all. But by the time renewals happen I’ll be ready to go again.

Doesn’t bother me one bit what other teams think of us.

They’ll just want to get job done then rest their players for the play offs.
After this I hope they get tonked -
Sad farewell from Curtis, probably Fozzy too. Typical

Commentators saying ‘in the modern game he has every right to go down’ says it all about the state the game is in now

My husband is on 3 and I’m on ee. He gets a signal often when I don’t.

I’ve only heard about this, not read anything. But isn’t it a suggestion so that we all do it instead of all the courtiers doing it one by one and doing on for hours? Anyway, I’m busy so won’t be watching. I’ll have a look and be thinking that nobody does these things like the Brits, makes a good spectacle.

Hillsborough is the same.
It is. Never forget having the screen slammed down in my face at the end of half time at the bar

I’m still remembering going to Millmoor amongst its terraced streets and the ladies toilets being hard to find, with a big queue at half time and a big fat spider glaring at me. Think it still had a pull chain too.
I don’t want that but I don’t think I want to be smartened up too much either. Football is already being removed from the pastime of ordinary people and turned into a sparkly spectacle -

Whether it's us or the opposition, the time wasting diving and play-acting does my head in to the point I'm on the verge of giving up on football altogether. Just got rid of Sky and BT sports for that reason. It has to be got out of the game somehow. I can't be bothered watching as a neutral any more.
Could have written this myself. I can take Derby not playing very well, I can almost take poor officials, but play acting and time wasting absolutely infuriates me. I don’t go to sit there fuming, it’s not very healthy. I don’t watch the premiership anymore either.

I know I won’t be popular for saying this, but I don’t have much enthusiasm for a play off spot. You want to be going in on a run of good form, not a big dip.
Wembley against Villa was soul destroying, we gathered in Covent Garden having gathered the troops, sang and danced, then arrived at Wembley to find ourselves out sung, less organised and let down by Frank. We peaked too soon.
I want us to go up from 1st or 2nd next year. If that could be arranged. Thank you.- Carnero, Caerphilly Ram, jimtastic56 and 1 other

That’s very nearly as bad as FGR one that Didzy picked off

When they had that run of 3 wins in four, beating Saints, Leeds and Leicester I thought they’d cruise to safety.
But the more you analyze it, the more you realize how the easier games are gone.
Their easiest games left were Everton (H), Wolves (H), Leeds (A) and Southampton (H).
Three down and only two points. All three became harder games too because of the managerial changes.
It’s late in the day for those managerial moves, but I think they could be in time to just sink the mighty reds.

I’m really pleased there’s some jeopardy involved. I thought they might sit comfortably mid table. So this struggle is much better than I expected

It’s just boring. Turns a match from an interactive, exciting, absorbing and entertaining experience into a borefest.
I go to watch football, not play acting.- ramit, MaltRam and WestKentRam
