Why is Rams Trustable the nominated group who have these 28 days? What makes them more entitled than any other group?
Because they’re the Derby representative on the official football trust thingy back by the government. I present that with no further comment nor comparison.

It could be something truly spectacular if we stay on the championship. Not unachievable though.
For us to be able to pull off the spectacular, we need the takeover done and dusted by the January transfer window opening.
Knight’s back, CKR is coming back, Bielik is comping back. Two huge players for Derby, and CKR to provide an upgrade on Baldock.
We should be out of the hard embargo, able to strengthen the squad and if we’re going well then and the team is performing at top half levels then I’m sure Rooney will be able to pull a few strings and bring in some decent players on loan. -

I saw Ed Byrne many years ago before he was famous and dont think I laughed once during his entire set.
Was astounded when he started appearing on the tv.
I’ve seen him at Edinburgh and he was truly brilliant

Just noticed this site no longer had DCFC adverts, just generic google ads driven ones.

The more you hear about what has happened in the last 24-48 hours the more you have to wonder what’s been going on between Morris and the EFL. It feels like a snap decision with the way it was communicated.

The thing I don’t get is Mel is our biggest creditor. Administration doesn’t help him one bit. Unless it’s because he’s literally run out of free cash to keep putting in the money each month, There must be something else to this.
We know he doesn’t want to sell to other local businessmen as he doesn’t want to lose face with those guys coming in to ‘save’ the club, so administration is surely an even more embarrassing option than that.
i can only hope that this is some ballsy move to flush out whatever is causing hold ups in takeovers and/or agreeing a deal with the EFL before the administrators are actually appointed, presumably next week.

We’ll done to Jagielka tonight. The inquest into his brothers death was on Tuesday.
it can’t have been easy for him. -
Shinnie and Knight are clearly in their for their energy and ability to get around the pitch to get the knockdowns from West Brom’s direct football. The second balls are going to be vital tonight.

Inspired by the other topic listing our best signings during the Mel era, I thought I'd bring a bit of positivity to this forum and list every player whose ruined or damaged their career by joining us during the Mel era. As in players who had a good reputation before joining Derby but were never played in the correct position or system, or whose confidence seemed to just disappear as soon as they joined us for whatever reason.
Jacob Butterfield
Raul Albentosa
Abdoul Camara
Nick Blackman
Bradley Johnson
Ikechi Anya
Tom Lawrence
Florian Jozefzoon
Jack Marriott
Martyn Waghorn
Kieran Dowell
Mike te Wierik
Kamil Jozwiak (on the way to be)
Why has this happened so often? You could say it's because we changed manager so much but there's other clubs who sack their manager regularly and their players aren't affected on this scale. Did we overpay players that much that they joined us anyway even though they knew it might not be a good fit football wise? Is our recruitment just bad and these players were never good? What is it about Derby that seems to destroy the confidence of some players?
I personally think it's because each time we changed manager, their style varied too much from the last.
Take Dowell as an example:
- Gets promoted with Sheff Utd
- Does nothing at Derby
- Scores 5 goals in 12 games for Wigan
- Now playing in the PL with Norwich
The fans are too quick to jump on their back and dragging them down. The players never get a chance to settle.

Is that correct though, are they not classed as scholars in the U18 so we could play them in the first team if we wanted
it depends if they've signed a professional contract or not.
Although it might be the case that we are allowed to promote the U23's into the first team now, but all it will mean is that come January if we're still under embargo that we'd have to sell more players to bring in fresh faces.

Yep, And earlier in the game Saul is robbed of the ball while playing from the back, Watkins rounds the keeper only for Thiago to block the shot.
Impossible. Those things only happen to Derby players apparently.

We moan when we play Rowettball, we moan when we play intricate passes (which tbf does look kamikaze in our situation) we moan at the team shape, we moan when we don't have width, we moan when our wingbacks are too high up the pitch, we moan .
We also will always be saved when (insert name of your choice for last ten years) returns from long term injury.
BTW we also used to moan that wanchope was too unpredictable, sturridge was mardy and we lack a dominant creative midfield player.
Further back Hinton needed replacing and Gemmill didn't score enough goals.
Rooney and the academy products are just about the best things we could have in our current situation , so cut out the moaning and get behind what we have .
I refer you to my post on the “what would you do” thread.

If only that was true. It doesn't wind them up at all. They just think Derby fans are a bunch of thick bumpkins. Conversation a couple of years ago in the south stand following the 'Birmingham's a poo hole' chant (and Derby isn't?!!) a bloke behind me says 'it is a poo hole an all, Wolverhampton, Walsall, all of Birmingham is'. Groan... That's like saying Derby is part of Nottingham. And don't get me started on the goobers who sang 'we hate cockneys' to Watford fans...
Guess what....We're not the World's greatest team either. Despite what the fans sing.
Whodda thought it!

If you have another device to load the email, open your wallet on iPhone, scroll to the bottom then press "edit passes", again at the bottom you should see "scan code", scan the barcode/QR code on your email and see if it adds it for you
I tried that but no success.
I've got it saved in the notes app anyway which I use for similar situations where i have a mobile ticket but no option for the wallet.

Just claimed my Stoke ticket and gone for mobile ticket option. I'm sure in the past it's been possible to stick in in the Apple Wallet on the iphone, but unless I'm missing something it's not possible this time.

We were still paying Norwich for Earnshaw when he was scoring against us for the Red Dogs ☹️
Not true. When a player is sold or contract ended, you have to pay the balance of whatever is outstanding.

I thought the idea of an international was to not disadvantage teams who have international players.
Jamaica are away to Costa Rica at 2am Thursday morning.
So with Jozwiak unlikely to feature and Ravel Morrison even less likely to be available then I believe we are being severely compromised by this Friday night kick off.
Didn’t it happen a couple of times last season too? I seem to remember Knight playing on Wednesday for Ireland and us on the Friday

It’s a shame Sheff Utd seem to have hit their straps in the last couple of games. Jokanovic has finally got them firing it seems.
