I’m in the East Stand and we (me and the guys around) noticed this at the beginning of the season. I don’t think that the pitch is as long as it has been in seasons gone by either, but that might be an optical illusion. The touchline has been moved in at least a yard, possibly 4 or 5 feet. Significant anyway.  Judging by the wear and tear where the linesmen run the line hasn’t been altered during the season.

We presumed that it’s Wayne's choice, within the rules, as pointed out above. Has the same happened on the West Stand side?

No one has asked the question because I’ve been looking out for it all season.

That will be the key indicator if it’s been moved during the season

Have just seen on Twitter that Birmingham City and Millwall are to remember Arthur in the 6th minute of tomorrow's game, a tribute which is being followed by a number of other clubs fans.

Would be touching if we as a group of supporters could do the same thing, the reports of his case would make a grown man break down in tears.

    RIP Arthur

Obviously it’s very sad, no doubt about it. But what has it got to do with Derby v Bristol city?

At times it feels like there’s tributes every other match which kind of diminishes the effect of them.

  3. Disappointing to lose, but anyone would have taken 4 points from these last three games a couple of weeks ago.
Thompson excellent again as was Bird.
shinnie seemed to run out of steam halfway through the second half and looked like he was running in treacle.
morrison needs to play off someone if he’s going to be high up the pitch.
bynre is still travelling somewhere in the west stand trying to work out where Gray went when he scored.
It was a game we could have won. We created openings and chances but they’re a good team even if they do have a massive rick up front.

Time of day isn't a factor (at least not one of any real importance) but the page you're on or your geographical location are super important.

Maybe @Angry Ram is from the Wolverhampton area or just likes reading about all things canis lupus. Nothing wrong with that, but it really sin't random, something fishy is going on.

No just Wolverhampton. I've been getting similar advertising for Everton.

And I've not been googling anything blue. Honest.?

It depends on your advertising settings. If you have them turned off then google will show up what it thinks you will want to see based on the time of day you’re looking at the page, along with the average type of user of the page.

so basically some of you like to look at some weird poo late at night and something similar will appear as an advert on here.

    Is anyone else doing this?

    https://www.runforall.com/events/half-marathon/Derby-half-marathon/

Some great causes to support and a flat looking route out past Elvaston and back along the Derwent past Pride Park.

I'll be the tubby fellah in a Pig Onesie firmly in 2hrs30-3hrs bracket.

Feel free to like, share, donate (or not) to my fundraiser and I hope for a dry day ?

I’ve not done it since they stopped calling it the Ramathon.

With the perilous state we find ourselves in I’ve decided I’d like to get involved in a trust. I know it will probably have no direct influence on our future but I have a bit of time to give and want to feel I am doing something, anything to help navigate us through this mess.

I’m a little confused as to why there are two different organisations which, on face value, compete with each other to release the same information before the other.

Websites for both are a little bit thin on information to say the least. Rams Trust give some information on the “who” and “why” although they seem to be playing catch up on one of their core statements. I quote:

“One of the Trust’s core principles is to be in a state of constant readiness should the club ever again fall foul of unscrupulous owners and require supporter involvement to protect the interests of the club as a community asset.”

How many questions were asked during Mel’s tenure or were the Trust taken along for the ride like everyone else?

BAWT have emerged since administration (correct me if I’m wrong) but I can’t find much detail on what their aims or values are.

Is there any value in these trusts or does the club simply pay lip service when required?

As previously mentioned I want to get involved and do my bit but I don’t know which way to go?

Is it worth me and others getting behind one of these organisations or are we all wasting our time?

Good luck breaking into the cabal at Ramstrust.

    You've misspelled Allsop both times?

God knows what happened. Copy and paste let me down. formatting was all over the shop.

Not withstanding the fact I put Allsopp instead of Baldock.

  10. We’re allowed 25 players in the squad, which is the same as every other club I believe.
anyone who has started at least 3 games at championship or higher is counted as a squad player.
It still restricts what we can do In terms of using the likes of Cashin, Brown etc as they are limited to two starts before we can’t use them again until the embargo is dropped.
