And yet on Monday we played plenty of passes on the floor and had a load of chances playing “Warne football”. This is a nervy away performance…

I think Roberts has been one of better players recently and would play him in either a back 3 or a back 4.

Although I agree we need as much of of a goal threat as possible, I do think Collins has looked far more capable the last couple of games, he hit the post on Monday, the goal came from him moving the corner on at the near post, he used his aggression and pressing in the right way and had a couple of other chances. Whether he starts or comes on from the bench on Saturday I’m hoping he carries on in that vein with an added goal or two. 

Well it’s our club and unless we cement ourselves in the Prem long term can’t see any further investment in the ground. But it’s our club and I’m not bothered others don’t want to use it.

I think it’s all about which players the manager likes to start games with and how we finish games .
We seem to struggle in the 2nd half of games and I personally think substitutions could be earlier .

I agree with the point about subs bandwagon and yes the subs carved out chances but we didn’t score from them because we needed to flood the box with goal scorers  which we don’t have if you don’t use Sibley and don’t replace Osula

If replayed, 9 times out of 10 we win that game (ok maybe 8 with Collins' and Dobbin's finishing). Seems a bit of a lazy summary considering how the game played out in real time. "worked ok" - we absolutely battered them. 
 

Average players playing exactly that. Bar the NML leave for their goal I can't really grumble as there wasn't a lack of effort. Just bad decisions and ability on the ball shown more often than not.

We can moan about decisions all we want but the simple fact is this game should have been put to bed in the first half. Nobody to blame for that but ourselves.
