Ram@Lincoln got a reaction from Rev in Luke Plange - signed for Palace & loaned back
There was a interview somewhere with Jake Buxton, he got the tip off from his relationships within the Arsenal setup. An odd link but there you go, it's definitely worked out -just a shame it isn't longer.

There's plenty of cctv cameras at the ground, hopefully we still have the staff to get the idiots banned and fined.

Just had a text from my mate who works for Sky, EFL are retrospectivly disallowing our 2nd goal, 1st for the offside, 2nd for the high kick by Beilik and 3rd because our seats weren't fastened properly in the stands as Brum fans fell off them.

Just because they're football clubs it doesnt mean they will be football creditors? They havent provided any service etc to us unlike usual football creditors which usually relates to transfers etc

Why are they all decked out in official replica shirts? Nobody wears one of those to nip to the ticket office.
Almost like it's not real...

It's also remarkable that this 'source' - let's call then Phnarry - is shocked and stunned by a championship club having £60m of total debts, but apparently completely cool with another championship club demanding £40m compensation from a liquidation-threatened rival for finishing seventh rather than sixth.

Sky does on-the-record interview with Parry about how they are the good guys who will 'work night and day' to save Derby.
In the same story, 'a source' regurgitates old figures to paint Derby as a massive financial basket case that no one would buy.
Whoever could this source possibly be?
If only we had a shortlist of senior people involved in league football that the journalist had spoken to that day!

I thought that as well last time I was there, looked like it just needed a good clean and a few weeds clearing too.
I guess that general maintenance should be the responsibility of the stadium owner!

Does anyone local own a jet wash? I did think the last time I was at the ground it needs a good jet washing all over. If I'm selling a car, it has a full wash and valet. Sure we can't be fancy with it, but surely there's a local commercial jet washing company that could spare a day washing even the worst bits down?

That'll get overlooked with the Forest guy on the EFL board. Wouldn't surprise me if the profit made on the player is equal to whatever losses they have over the FFP limit. Absolutely corrupt the lot of them. We get 9 points for something that we were proved to be not in the wrong, just using different methods, yet forced to change to avoid any foreseen competitive advantage. This independent regulator needs bringing in asap, let the EFL manage the fixtures and that's it.

NO, NO, NO we have no debt to them, it is a speculative claim for a fictional amount of money, with no basis in law or even the EFL rules. What if their claim had been for £100m or £200m?....but they would generously accept just £30m to help us out?
Can you not see what their tactics are? Of course they will "accept" less OR "compromise" because it gives credence to an otherwise spurious claim and makes them look like they are "helping" when they have in fact just extorted money AND reduced the amount going to actual creditors.
WE CANNOT give in to this unless we sue QPR also.

Seeing as the fact that EFL regs not being updated was specifically highlighted in the parliamentary debate, I’d hope that they’d be pointing out that not being up to date with two year old statute is more a case of their negligence rather than arbitration.
As someone has mentioned before, we should be submitting claims against QPR and anyone else who was found guilty of FFP breaches (Bournemouth?) - with same arguments as the Boro claim - so that the EFL don’t immediately change the rules after we’re ducked. They would be baseless nonsense, but that’s the point.
