RAM1966 got a reaction from jimtastic56 in The Administration Thread
Any monies paid will ALL go to creditors, starting with Quantuma who get paid first, then football creditors in full, then normal creditors whats left.
There's effectively going to be 2 sums of money (bids) paid too. 1 for the club the other for the ground..... This gives Mel the opportunity to decide who he wants to take over the club too.
The Administrators have to dance to Mels tune, because he holds all the cards, he owns the stadium and of course there are £130m in soft loans he has to write off. Q will not be choosing the PB, Mel will and his decision will centre around how much he's going to get from the ground.
As for Q, they've told us several times we would have a PB in place, clearly that's all been bullshite as the deadline for final bids is today.
Can't wait until we extract the Japanese knotweed (MM & Q) from our club!

There is more chance of me winning the lottery than Morris reappearing. The fans we rip him to peices......

The DET will get their information from reading the newspapers or going online just like the rest of us.

Didn’t the Ashley bid fall through because the EFL said”Derby County getting sorted out? We can’t have that. Here - have another rule to comply with”?

Why just write one story when you can get twice the clicks by "accidentally" mis-interpeting it the first time and then clarifying it a couple of days later in another one?

This is positive for the creditors, Q Is milking for the highest bid.
We fans need to know our place in this narrative. It's the necessary role of collateral damage.

Feels like when I have patiently waited in A&E for 4 hours...having been told the wait is 2hours, and then finally seen somebody who takes my name and asks me what the problem is before asking me to sit in another waiting room to see the specialist.

My take on this never ending saga= 1. Mel put us in administration. 2. Mel picks the administration company. 3. Mel did'nt like Kirchner's bid. 4. Mel thought the Binnie brothers bid was crap. 5. A few weeks ago, the administrators were going to announce Ashley is the preferred bid but Mel's not happy with the amount of money on the table.
Tell me I'm wrong somebody (Mel's still pulling the strings)

Dont need to, Kirchner threw a wobbler when he found out it was him and let the cat out of the bag!

The administrators should pick one and take it to the EFL and say this is it like it or lump it

How does that work if you owe £1m and the house is only worth £100k?

Correct - but I struggle with the idea of a 2 year business plan after admin. A new owner should be allowed a free hand to run the business as they see fit, not operate according to the whims of the EFL - they will after all, have been vettted by the EFL before they've been allowed to buy the club....

This is a huge point.
The points deduction alone is not the end of the "punishment". It is far more than just that.
The EFL - being the governing body - should be there to protect its members, not obliterate them.
I dunno if this has been said ? but the EFL are just not fit for purpose.

A business is what a business is worth, I wouldn't worry about that, Id be more worried by a buyer with no or limited funds...

its worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
Without a Football Club, it`s worth either nothing or the redevelopment value.
