I think you have your point of view and I have mine .
Who will be right at the end of the day is up for debate .
I know one thing though I very much doubt that Paul Warne will be replaced.

in terms of league position its just about ok. In terms of performances, worrying. 

I personally think we are sitting ok in the League after some tough games. 

The debate always seems to be Warne v Rosenior, but personally at this moment it’s Warne v Warne.
The manager he is v the manager he could be.
I think the start to the season has underlined that Warne needs to read the situation and adjust accordingly to save his job.
He has some reflecting and some learning to do and hopefully now is the ideal time. He has a two week break to assess the situation and see how we can get things right and move the team forward.
We have a squad set in place now until January, so he has to decide on the best eleven and the best system and style to get acceptable results and performances.
The question is whether the club and the fans will be patient enough to allow him this time to figure things out.

Well the board has been bombarded with negativity lately.
Some justified some not.  
Certain posters want Warne gone and will just keep posting over and over why he should be gone.
Warne has time to turn it around as have the players.  We are literally 4 point off top. 
 

Some of the comments on this thread about which teams we should be beating at home are at the best eye-opening.
I was talking from the opposite end of spectrum which means I thought you made a deliberately contentious post to then provoke the desired response from certain quarters which indeed it has.

Osula went in January back to Sheff U .
We are certainly not weaker  now .
Just watched the highlights on Rams Tv and it’s as I thought when I was at the game on Saturday we were robbed .
Smith tackled outside box so no penalty for me.
We shouldn’t have had to take our penalty as we had already scored .
They scored the winner with looping deflection off Fornah from a cross leaving Vickers out of position.
We were the team pressing at the end of the game with 10 men .
Reality is we ain’t that bad

Again we had 1 shot on target and it was a penalty, weren’t exactly knocking on the door. Yes Rooney getting injured was unfortunate but I expect a seasoned professional who calls himself a championship centre half, who was also Warne’s big singing in Sonny Bradley to come on and perform adequately and not set up the opposition 1 on 1 with our keeper again. Bolton were running rings round us from minute 1. And with all due respect, I don’t really care what Brian Clough was doing over 30 years before I was born when players were still having pie and chips before kick off, we should not be performing like that in any fixture at this level injuries or not, and we were at least as bad with 11 as we were with 10.

Quite - We can't just keep churning through managers because of some fans' lack of patience. Finanace alone makes this a difficult proposition but we're also not exactly an attractive propostion if we get rid of another one....
