We have great crowds every week which rarely drop below 26k (and mostly well above) despite "the football".
If its were going to drop off,it's taking a long time,he's been here nearly two seasons.
The doommongers and anti warne brigade live in their own world on this forum,I'd be surprised if many actually go the games.

Thought the atmosphere was pretty good yesterday, obviously a win would have been ideal however I think the majority have come to accept we are going to lose some along the way.

Coming on here though after a loss is predictable and boring, I can accept debate and opinions however in the main it seems to be the same posters who are just waiting to jump all over PW. It's a forum though, they are entitled as much as anyone else and fair enough, probably the answer for me is to just not read a match day thread, because I think as long as PW is in charge, it will continue.
Still think we will go up in autos and looking forward to enjoying the rest of the season, yesterday is what football is all about, haven't got to as many away days as I'd hoped this season 😊

Not really, in reality I dont know where we will finish, if I did I wouldn't have a betting record as I do, but why not go with a positive outlook rather than a negative one.
I'll also say, although I'll be disappointed if we don't go up, it won't be the end of the world, I'll still be going to games on a regular basis next season. Yes it may be a lower division, yes I may never see my dream of watching the Rams in Europe, but it will still be a game of football between two teams over 90 minutes.

It may be Warne in charge, it may not, but ultimately football to me is not just about the 90 mins, it's everything that goes with it, yes I want to see the team succeed, but if they don't I'll carry going to the games with the mindset they will win each one, whoever wears the shirt or manages them 😏

A good point, a lot seems to be cut and paste, more akin to the season rather than the game.
Thought the ref was fine, didn't influence the result and tried to let the game go without calling for all niggling fouls.

For me, I can see why DG was left on bench, PW likes to influence games at a latter stage with his subs, and had Waghorn been fit he probably would have started him. Biggest downfall was ball retention, Wildsmith seemed to start it and it continued throughout the team. Something I believe CH does is slow the game down on purpose, keeping the ball and making the opponent chase, this didn't happen.

That said, thought we didn't look in any danger until their goal that came out the blue, we then ride the storm and I thought we were in control again by time they hit their second. Thought then the final ball let us down, bad decisions when we got in good positions.
Still celebrating the DG goal, even though I think he was offside and it didn't even go in 🙈

No,two losses in 20 is clearly unacceptable and requires an urgent revisit.

Does every matchday thread when we don't win have to deteriorate into the same tired debate about Warne? There's a thread for that.

And that's why it's tedious to some, you're inconspicuous by your absence when we win, but then when they lose, it's all PW fault.

I get it, you don't like him, however we are going to lose games, this forum becomes unbearable when we lose, rationale goes out the window and it becomes a crusade against the manager. Once again, everyone has an opinion, nothing wrong with it, but to sometimes it would be nice to have a bit of balance.

Two things I hate about losing.

1 Well obviously we’ve lost, got no points, the table doesn’t look quite as good and the weekend feels a bit of a downer.

2 The oh so predictable comments from the Warne Haters who all know better cos of their vast experience playing in the Sunday league or on Xbox.

For comparison, what about Bird and Cashin. He isn't afraid to put youngsters in, he just doesn't think some are as good as other options.
Same as every manager really, Cole to Chelsea is a very good example of that.
    Edit
Also add in Haydon Roberts, another "young" player, PW was happy to play.

Aren't most football clubs at Championship level and above part of a "flawed unsustainable business structure", propped up by the largesse of their owners? Until they decide to pull the plug - and that's where the current problem in football lies.
Does that mean every CEO is at fault for following the instructions of their owners?
There's one person to blame for the mess at Derby County, and he is no longer owner!

Callum Wilson, Pickford, Pope are just a number of names that went on loan to the national league. There are often players from the PL loaned out to the league to gain experience,
It's not something Warne and his staff have just dreamed up to ruin our academy, being a third tier club, limits the number of clubs that are interested in players that can't get into our own first team.

Never listened to him on radio so can't comment on that, met him a couple of times at grassroots football. During these brief encounters, I see why he divides opinion, however as with anyone, I hope he finds what's he is looking for and has put whatever issues he has had, firmly behind him.

Or….and hear me out, some people are happy without the statistical analysis and can take a bit of joy knowing that the team won and is 3 points better off.
If you feel that’s not good enough that’s your opinion, but stop belittling other people’s, it frankly makes you sound like a bit of a whopper!

There aren't many, the difference between U21 and playing in the first team is massive. Very few actually make it, Stretton is another example of someone who looked good at that level because it's not really competitive.
Can't understand the fascination for a 18 year old leading your line in a promotion charge who has no experience, why not send him out to prove what he can do. If he starts scoring for fun, you then have a player who can be recalled that is on top of his game and full of confidence.
