It's been reported that Kirchner's Slync.io still hasn't paid he US-based employees..
Along with the sale of the jet, no tweets for 3 weeks....
Questions should be asked how he got to be preferred bidder...

I hope you are having a bit of a laugh here…or maybe you are just being a bit dramatic.
But after months of Administration, club on the brink of liquidation, rollercoaster of new owners, loss of players, etc.
At the moment the club is (almost) back to a place of simply (just existing and getting by).
After all that, your hope for the new owner is to … spend whatever they want without regard?
That’s a heavy sigh from me.

Certain members seem determined to knock spots off each other at every opportunity to no real purpose at all.
Can I suggest you meet up at Clowes stadium at dawn where my wife will present you a vast choice of handbags to pick from. You can swing away to your hearts content.
Avoid the one with blood on the buckle; the result of an ill timed look at a passing pair of hot-pants!

So he could send you over the top to face the German machine guns whilst he drank 15 pints and puked in the officers' mess fire you mean. Anyway, I've noticed in recent days that you've developed a penchant for posting in rhyme. Despite your obvious expert grasp of a veritable myriad of subjects, I hadn't expected poetry to be amongst them. Can I therefore just say that this newly-revealed talent, your 'Mike Ashley in a fight' rhetoric and your devotion to all things EFL has inspired me to try my hand. Squeezing all these elements into a humble limerick proved challenging for a novice, but unsurprisingly I found iambic pentameter beyond me.
Hope you like it!

There once was man who did prattle,
Always posting pro-EFL tattle,
Gave more credence to them,
Than his fellow Derby men,
Not a man you’d trust in a battle.

When asked the question previously on more than one occasion they have always been dead set against it. Their concern seems to be centred around what we as supporters would expect in return for such investment.
I have felt angry with them ever since, because any attempts to involve the fan community in solutions has been pushed away as if only the 'great and the good' can decide Derby's fate.
I feel they have been patronising at best, and I could say a lot more.
RamsTrust has shared all responses they have had from the administrators. But Quantuma made their views on engagement clear a few months ago imo when they issued that statement about how much it was costing!
Please don't think that because I am on the EFL's side in this latest issue, that I think that they are any better, because I feel they have behaved appallingly as well. As have Mel Morris and potential purchasers.
I am now rapidly coming to the conclusion that the sooner we get an independent regulator in to sort this shambles out, the better.
Too late to help Derby County out of our current predicament, but desperately needed.

the worst thing is, because admins didnt strip back the club to begin with and decided for whatever reason to chase results on the pitch
we cannot operate sustainably whilst in administration because of debt payments owed to hmrc etc which grow all the time, and interest on loans which will be close to the amount of some clubs wage bill in league one.
so our only option is for a preferred bidder to guarentee the funds, but oh wait they wont chose one.
i am seriously seriously starting to get concerned now, i have always been worried but i feel like the rug is getting pulled from beneath us over this coming weeks. i hope and pray that i am wrong.

The actual standard fee was 7.5 mate over 5 years. We probably still owe around 3.

I think the £4K a week average is about right and will be in the imposed Business Plan.
There is no way the EFL will let us have 40 players. It will be an absolute maximum of 25 Registered Players (as per Reading's punishment for breaking FFP). They're not going to punish us less for trumping Reading with administration on top.
That saves you another 3 million, so you now have 9 million or so left to run the club ... or rather go towards HMRC and the other creditors.

Steve Morgan is our Chairman, he wears a philanthropic hat
He was a Housebuilder and then a Wolverhampton t**t
He bought us for a fortune; he thought us worth a punt
After Morris left us potless, the stupid f**cking c**t

As much as I admire your optimistic nature, I'm sorry but we are a long time away from being able to spend money on players, even if and when we get taken over.
The limitations of budgets placed on us on potentially existing administration will out very tight limits on wages and transfers and I agree 100% on this stance from governing bodies.
It will quite rightly be a disgusting turn of events I we pay 35p in the pound over 3 years to creditors who deserve their money and then go an chuck a mill here or there on a player.

If they're wearing jellies or crocs or sliders then that's them out. Nixon said so.

I would have thought we need to able to show the EFL that we have finance for the season ahead in order for us to be included in the fixture list for next season. I cant see where this is coming from until the club is sold. In my opinion this has to come to a conclusion, one way or another, before next Wednesday 22nd absolute latest.
