I wasn’t 100% convinced by the Ozoh hype in preseason and not sure he’s doing well here. A lot of spaces in and around that area for Blackburn. I’d think about bringing Ebou on. SaintRam Posted August 9 Share Posted August 9 As far as losing first halves go that isn't the worst I've seen. Generally seem off the pace atm, but that isn't too uncommon with promoted teams. Corners have been really bad. Getting a point or more from this game doesn't seem impossible as it stands, though. Blackburn seem to have started sitting back a bit. Gee SCREAMER !! Posted August 9 Share Posted August 9 Lazy marking for the goal. Blackburn much more switched on down the middle. Goudwijn has put in some good balls, mendez-Laing has not. We have nothing in front of goal or supporting down the centre. If Eustace realises this and he will, they'll just push their defence up into the midfield to see it out or get a second. Yates through suspension, others we haven’t signed yet like a keeper and another striker. A focal point for the attack with 2 of Barkhuizen, Jackson and NML in the wide roles is what I’d expect us to have, that’s not there as yet and may not be for a couple of weeks. Once settled the midfield looked ok but I’d bring Collins on for barks and put Jackson out wide and see if we can link up better. Goudjimin and Ozoh the positives for me.
