therams69
Hi all, Please see the below from the family of Angie who sadly passed away last month. I knew Angie personally through Derby and was ever present at home and away games. Whether we took 200 on Tuesday nights under Clough, she was always there. Her commitment and support to our club was second to none. She will be deeply missed by all those that know her and this lady deserves the round of the applause on the 69th minute. Hopefully she will be looking down on us and giving us that support we need. Our much loved Mum, Wife and massive Derby Fan Angie Vallance passed away recently. Angie travelled home and away to follow the mighty Rams for 25+years. She was well know to many and we would like to pay tribute to her. To coincide with Black and White day and with such a massive, important game on Saturday 16th March V Bolton we would like to try and get our amazing fans to pay tribute to Angie in the stadium with a minutes applause on 69th Minute, the age she passed. Please could you help us publicise this so we can give her a lovely tribute in the week of her funeral. Again thanks to all of the football family you have all been amazing, your love and support has been such a comfort at this incredibly difficult time. Thanks in advance Foreveram, NegativeCreep, Vulcanboy and 25 others 2 11 2
angieram
So sad, we are losing far too many Rams fans before their time this season. We know the family well, Rachel runs the Alfreton Supporters' Club branch and bus, and feel so sad for all of them and our extended Rams family. Rest in peace, Angie. Yes it’s especially poignant when it’s people you know. Always see Rachel and her family at away games and have a few words. RIP Angie.
Beetle
We sat behind Angie at Port Vale away last year when we won late on. She was absolutely wonderful with my two kids. God bless, hope she's up there watching on with our fellow Rams including my dear old Dad. My thoughts are with her family during this difficult time. eccles the ram
Will be clapping on 69th minute. Condolences to family and friends. Angie has joined B4 and other departed Rams fans. They will i am sure ensure we don't lose on Saturday and that we go up this season. AlvoRam! and Premier ram

Carl Sagan
Well observed, listening on the wireless, and Radio Derby mentioned Angie and her daughter. Crewton, angieram, IslandExile and 1 other
DavesaRam
It was such a shame that the applause was compromised by a bone-headed home “fan” kicking off and getting thrown our of the ground. The applause still won, though. RIP Angie angieram and tupper 1

There was an extra “injection” of yellow coats at the south end of the East Stand, and the applause simply didn’t seem to want to start, then gradually got going. Thanks to all who joined in. angieram

What was really telling was how slowly the stewards were to react and no coppers in sight. Appeared to be a young gentleman who I assume was unable to hold his beer. Another poster referred to this incident (on the Bolton Sell-Out thread iirc - the guy who got escorted out apparently wouldn't sit down and provoked an altercation).
