No disrespect to Lee, but we said the same about several Academy players last season. Lowe has been sold and Fozzy is backup material only nowadays, so he's taken his chance well. In all the ups and downs of 1st team over last few years the academy seems to be producing a consistent flow of young hungry players capable of making the step up to the 1st team. Saw him in his opening games and thought he was out of his depth. Interestingly, Mick McCarthy said early on he liked the look of him and for all his faults, he knows a good defender.
